Aerobics is a sport of accompanied by music, physical exercise is the basic method, base on the aerobic exercise, the purposes of aerobics is to improve health、 fitness and entertainment. At the beginning of the twentieth Century before the birth of sports, although only a short period of several decades of history, aerobics has a legendary experience of growing up。With the coming of knowledge economy and improvement of living standard, people’s production and life style has changed very greatly, reduced physical activity, increasing mental labor, increasing work and life pressure, followed by a variety of diseases of civilization, city disease epidemic and the spread, to spend money to buy health concept gradually to win support among the people, unique charm and features aerobics loved by the people, in order to meet the various needs of physical exercise, at present, Calisthenics Exercise type and form is the trend of diversification。In college education for all-round development of the spirit of the age condition, the universities sports education development direction is positioned as "Happy Sports"、" Sunshine Physical Education"。Modern university students’ pursuit of fashion、novelty and personality development, therefore, aerobics cater is the modern college students’ pursuit, in countrywide each college aerobics course is offered in popular and loved by students, and different forms of aerobics is increasingly various, aerobics, Latin Aerobics, dance, boxing, yoga have entered the classroom, the College Aerobics Teaching Content and splendor, and the number of students in the elective is increasing。But from the elective student gender view of male and female students to participate in the sport in proportion to the severity of the discordant。College students participating aerobics elective course of interest is generally not high。So it is bound to affect the boys aerobic popularization and the development, is not conducive to the promotion and improvement of aerobics。In addition to look from investigation state of affairs that most boys like aerobics, as a result of Aerobics on coordination, flexibility and the Rhythm, boys fear jump out not good and so on。 Therefore very few elective aerobics。So how to let the aerobics more attractive, more boys to aerobics learning, is engaged in Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities teachers facing serious problems。In this research, through the questionnaire, interview, literature and other methods of investigation at present in Colleges of Shandong province male aerobics status, analysis of the impact of college male students aerobics development factors, to find the problem, find out the deficiency in the analysis, put forward the boys after aerobic exercise comprehensive curriculum concept, namely in the original aerobic calisthenics on the basis of an increase of morphology, strength but it differs from the bodybuilding comprehensive fitness course。After the completion of the aerobics course adapted to the students’physiological and psychological characteristics, increase the students participating interest in aerobics。The teaching content, teaching methods and means, evaluation methods, change, improve student aerobics teaching quality。This study suggest that aerobics teachers to actively promote student Aerobics Curriculum Reform of aerobics fitness, integrated curriculum, active in practice exploration for boys aerobics teaching content, teaching method and teaching mode, always grasp the boys’physiological and psychological characteristics, to promote students aerobics teaching reform.
