| Aerobics is one of the specialized courses in Shanghai high school PE curriculum.It is very popular among female students because of graceful movement and moderate speed and intensity.Against the backdrop of the new era,to deepen the reform of physical education,and to strengthen "teaching,learning and regular competition",how to build a scientific and effective new teaching model of physical education and health courses,and solve the lack of participation in sports for high school female students in physical education class,and lack of self-confidence and self-expression,as well as overly dependence on others,lack of communication,poor cooperation and other psychological and social adaptation problems have become the subject of school sports research.This paper takes the specific class of aerobics(female)in the first grade of high school as the research object,using the method of literature and materials,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experiment method and mathematical statistics method,conducting studies from the theoretical construction of the "teaching,learning and competition" teaching mode to the application and implementation of the specialized course of aerobics in high school.In the theoretical construction of the "teaching,learning and competition" teaching mode,the relationship between "teaching,learning and competition" is clarified,and the main points and implementation principles of effective teaching in the guiding ideology are pointed out;Classroom introduction,teaching activities,group cooperation and mutual practice,competition sharing and evaluation of the "learning,competition" teaching mode,as well as five teaching links,teaching strategies and teaching evaluation.In the application and implementation of the "teaching,learning and competition" mode,according to the characteristics of high school aerobics textbooks,utilizing the "teaching,learning and competition" mode to analyze the unit teaching objectives,teaching content,detailed planning and design of classroom teaching procedures and teaching evaluation.The results from the implementation of the "teaching,learning,and competition" mode in the teaching of high school aerobics specialized courses show that:(1)In terms of physical fitness test,the difference in lung capacity indicators of the experimental group students after the experiment is significant;(2)In terms of gymnastics skills,after the experiment,the P-values of the four aspects of aerobics movement skills,coordination,expressiveness and teamwork creation of the students in the experimental group were all < 0.01,and the difference was extremely significant;(3)The total scoring differences in the five dimensions of sports learning,active interest,independent exploration,sports participation,sports attention and the five dimensions of the total score are significant;(4)In terms of students’ cooperation ability,the experimental group’s cooperation consciousness,cooperation emotion,cooperation intention P value <0.01,the difference between cooperative emotion and cooperative intention is significant.There are significant differences in interpersonal mutual assistance and conflict management,and significant differences in emotional regulation and organizational leadership.The above effects further illustrate that: the mode of "teaching,learning,and competition" helps students’ physical health;helps the learning effect of aerobics skills;helps improve students’ interest in sports learning and reduces negative emotions in learning;enhance students’ cooperation ability.Generally,it provides theoretical support and practical value for deepening the specialized high school curriculum teaching reform in the new era. |
