| The "New Vocational Education Law",revised and passed in April 2022,first clarifies that vocational education,as a type of education,has the same status as general education,indicating that vocational education is gradually receiving national attention and promoting the development of vocational education.As a carrier,vocational education textbooks have also received widespread attention in recent years.The state has issued policies to give vocational education textbooks sufficient room for improvement,and used national policies to promote the development of vocational education textbooks.In September 2020,the Ministry of Education and other nine departments issued the "Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023)",which emphasizes the systematic development of textbooks.In 2021,the first National Textbook Award was completed,boosting the high-quality development of vocational education textbooks,It has a significant incentive and leading role.In contrast,current vocational education textbooks do not match the needs of talent development,have unclear type positioning,and lack vocational education characteristics,making it difficult to adapt to the high-quality development of vocational education.The teaching materials for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools also have such problems.Through the optimization of vocational education textbooks,it is necessary to improve vocational education textbooks that do not adapt to the current development situation,emphasize the cultivation of skills,and meet the current requirements for talent cultivation.One of the characteristics of this study is to concretize the research object and focus on a specific textbook.By comparing various office affairs management textbooks and based on practical and current needs,this study selected the authoritative textbook "Office Affairs Processing" edited by Xu Biao and published by the People’s Education Press as the research object in the "13th Five Year Plan",as the research object for research:First of all,the textbook "Office Affairs Processing" is analyzed from two aspects: text design and actual use.In terms of text design,based on the current theories related to vocational education textbook construction and textbook analysis,the textbook is selected to conduct text analysis from three dimensions: content,structure,and presentation.In terms of actual use,that is,analyzing the teaching materials in practice,this study selected teachers and students of the secretarial major of Nanning L Vocational and Technical School as the survey objects to investigate and analyze the current situation and effectiveness of the use of the teaching material "Office Affairs Processing" in actual teaching.There are some problems in using the textbook "Office Affairs Processing" : first,in terms of compilation and design,some of the content is repetitive and the focus is not prominent;Ignoring ideological and political content can easily lead to an imbalance between morality and technology;There is the name of task driven,but there is no reality of task driven;Single presentation form,lack of interactive support from multiple resources,etc;second,In terms of practical use: the content of teaching materials is slowly updated,lagging behind the needs of professional positions;The characteristics of vocational education are not obvious,and the effectiveness of skill training is difficult to achieve expectations;Inadequate exploration of students’ cognitive rules has affected their participation in learning.Secondly,in response to the above issues,the necessity and feasibility of textbook optimization are analyzed.The necessity of optimization emphasizes that textbook optimization is imperative,mainly including: problems in textbook compilation and use have not been resolved;Task driven teaching is an important choice for promoting the reform of vocational education textbooks.The feasibility analysis is based on the analysis and arrangement of current existing conditions,including the existing research foundation,existing teaching conditions,and the demands of teachers and students for optimization,so that the current research can proceed smoothly.The second characteristic of this study is that the research perspective is broader.Based on the research of problem countermeasures,a complete textbook optimization strategy is formed,including three parts: optimization criteria,optimization logic,and implementation requirements for the textbook structure.Thirdly,after the above research,a complete set of optimization strategies has been sorted out,providing direction for textbook optimization.After analyzing the existing structure and content of the textbook,Task 14,"Receiving Group Visitors," with a clear and clear task flow,was selected as the optimization design sample chapter.The first sample chapter was selected for examination to analyze the current presentation method of the sample chapter’s structure and content.The second sample chapter was adjusted as a whole based on the requirements of task driven teaching implementation for the textbook.The third sample chapter presented the overall optimization results in the form of pictures through the adjustment of the textbook.Finally,to test the effectiveness of textbook optimization,the optimized sample chapter will be applied to teaching practice.By combining classroom observation,skill assessment,and student interviews,the optimization effect of the textbook is tested,it was found that the scores of the optimized teaching materials in classroom observation and skill assessment have improved to a certain extent.During the interview,it was found that most students can recognize the optimized teaching materials and think it is helpful for task achievement and skill improvement.More effectively support teachers’ classroom teaching and students’ skill learning needs,and promote the cultivation of secretarial students’ office management skills. |
