In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" in order to promote the reform of vocational education,proposed to deepen the reform of the training mode for compound technical and skilled personnel,and launched the "academic certificate + several vocational skill level certificates,that is,"1+X certificate" system pilot work.The pilot work encourages vocational college students to actively obtain various types of vocational skill grade certificates while obtaining academic certificates,expand their employment and entrepreneurial skills,and alleviate structural employment conflicts.In China,promote the "three global" education system In the reform process,the training of basketball training and guidance is regarded as an important way to train basketball teachers,and the qualification review and evaluation of professional skill level certificates has become one of the important work contents of the basketball education system,and it is also an important part of the basketball education system.It is an important part of the improvement of the skills of practitioners.In view of this,this research starts from the perspective of standard development,from the perspective of the needs of basketball training and guidance learners under the background of the "1+X certificate" system,and focuses on the "Basketball Training Guidance Professional Skills Standards for Primary Schools".》 Developed the research process and research results to conduct in-depth exploration,in order to effectively guide the relevant athletes,learners and practitioners to meet their own needs,clarify their own development and learning direction in basketball training guidance,and improve the basic basketball training guidance profession needs to have comprehensive ability.The research adopts the method of literature data,Delphi method,expert interview method,and questionnaire method to construct the primary basketball training guidance skill standard according to the basketball training goal and training plan.Job tasks,30 vocational skills required.Specifically: 1)To promote the training,interest training,communication ability,and media literacy training of socialist core values and basketball professional ethics through education ability training;2)To promote training plan formulation,basic technology professor,Training summary and evaluation;3)Promote the use and management of training aids,training injury prevention and emergency treatment with safety assurance and injury protection.Through the questionnaire survey of the applicable objects receiving standard training,the feasibility of verifying the "Basketball Training Guidance Vocational Skills Standard" by trainees is studied.The results show that: under the guidance of experts,based on the background of the "1+X" certificate system,the students who receive the basic basketball training guidance and training have a relatively high degree of recognition of the basic basketball training guidance vocational skill standards,and can pass the standard inspection and learning.It is helpful to clarify the technical and tactical content and professional skill requirements that a junior basketball training guide needs to have,which will help it use the standards to conduct targeted learning and adjust the plan,so that it can be obtained under the background of the "1+X certificate" system.Research on the development of Basic Basketball Training Guidance Vocational Skills Standards has laid a good foundation.Based on this,it is proposed that the development of vocational skills standards for basic basketball training and guidance will lay a solid foundation for the development of intermediate and advanced standards,provide a good reference for the development of vocational skill level standards for more projects in the sports industry,and strengthen the selection of samples for different situations.To ensure the qualification certificate examination rate,the intermediate and advanced assessment sample questions and assessment plans need to be clearly differentiated from the basic basketball training and guidance vocational skill standards,so as to enhance the significance and value of the vocational skills qualification certificate examination.
