Among the factors influencing the quality of talents training in secondary vocational education,informatization has become the core element.To cope with the development of education in the intelligent environment,promoting the reform of education informatization has become the natural choice of secondary vocational schools.However,in today's practical teaching of the secretarial course of document writing in secondary vocational schools,the sign of traditional teaching mode of the spoon-feeding teaching is still evident,and the pattern of “explanation in class + exercises after class” is still the mainstream of teaching.Such a teaching way shows ignorance of student's major role of and their basic levels,which may lead to the boring atmosphere in the document writing class,the loss of the students' learning interests and poor effects of teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to take the informatization as the point of breakthrough,promoting the reform of the course of document writing.This study was carried out by the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case study.First,through the consulting the related literatures,we teased the domestic and foreign literature of the application and design of BL(Blended Learning)and then extracted the theoretical basis of the guiding significance of this paper.Second,We learned and analyzed the problems still existing in the teaching of secretarial course of document writing in secondary vocational schools,the necessity feasibility of applying BL,the preference and requirements of the students to use BL by questionnaire and interview,so as to put forward the teaching design of BL based on the UMU platform.Thirdly,after comparing the current mainstream online teaching platforms,we adopted the UMU platform as the technological support for carrying out the BL and designed the process of BL model based on the UMU platform under the guidance of theoretical principles,which mainly includes four steps: pre-teaching analysis,teaching resource preparation,teaching activity process,teaching effect evaluation.Fourthly,through the case study of practice,we used the designed results to carry out teaching practice in document writing course of secretary class 18 in L vocational and technical school in Nanning.When the practice was finished,the effectiveness was verified by the evaluation of process,final and activity organization;the feedback in practice was summarized and the corresponding suggestions were put forward.The results of this study show that: Firstly,The students in secretary major in the secondary vocational school have the support conditions for BL,objectively have the support of mobile devices and network data,and subjectively accept and adapt to BL.Secondly,the UMU platform contributes to give full play of the BL'S advantages.The teaching activities show the characteristics of digital,real-time and interactive in the application of BL based on the UMU platform.Thirdly,the application of the BL in the secretarial course of document writing in secondary vocational school is effective,which is reflected in the enhancement of the students' initiative in independent learning,the participation in class,learning effect and performance,and students are satisfied with the overall adaptation of the BL based on the UMU platform.
