Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous transformation and upgrading of the country’s economic development mode,vocational education has entered a new stage of quality improvement,excellence and value-added empowerment.However,in the process of its development,is still facing the severe test of internal and external,the quality of vocational education personnel training is one of the important links.The personnel training of secretarial major in secondary vocational school tends to be comprehensive,scientific,professional and modern,such as strong writing ability,text input and processing ability,modern office processing ability,People skills,etc..Practical writing,as a core course of secretarial major in Secondary vocational school,aims to train students’ ability of writing and dealing with documents,which is practical,but there are still some problems in practical teaching.In this paper,literature research is used to summarize the research on effective teaching at home and abroad,and the relevant theories such as meaningful learning theory,developmental learning theory,teaching process optimization theory and learning transfer theory are elaborated,and carry on the definition to the related concept.By means of questionnaire,interview and so on,taking the 21-grade teachers and students of secretary major in Guangxi Z Secondary vocational school as the research object,the author finds that the existing problems in current teaching are as follows: the teaching goal is not clear,the teaching material is not sufficient;The teaching method is single,the problem lacks gradient,neglects the writing on the board,neglects the classroom to strengthen,the management idea is backward,the management way is general,the academic achievement appraisal is not timely and comprehensive,neglects the self-appraisal,the evaluation standard of classroom teaching is one-sided and the evaluation subject is single.By drawing on Professor Cui’s research on effective teaching,i.e.,according to the management by objectives teaching process,effective teaching strategies are divided into teaching preparation strategies,teaching implementation strategies and teaching evaluation strategies,to explore the effective teaching strategy of practical writing course for Secretary Major in Secondary vocational school.Therefore,the effective teaching strategies are put forward as follows: the teaching objectives can be practically measured,the teaching materials are fully diversified,the teaching methods are enriched,the problem gradients are set,the writing on the board is increased,and the classroom reinforcement is emphasized,change the management idea,subdivide the management way,change the evaluation idea,train the self-evaluation ability,optimize the evaluation standard,enrich the evaluation subject.To apply specific effective teaching strategies to three teaching practices of poster,proposal and speech,and the experimental group of students theory and Skills Assessment,questionnaire results,interview results analysis.In the aspect of theory and skill assessment,the result is that the experimental group’s score is higher than that of the control group,and the experimental group’s score is higher than that of the pre-test In terms of format,content,characteristics and completeness of individual practice works,the experimental group was better than the control group,the students in the experimental group have made progress and development in the aspects of learning interest,knowledge structure,learning method,professional quality,etc.,hope to be in the follow-up promotion and application.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the effective teaching strategies of practical writing course for secretarial majors in Secondary vocational schools are put forward.(2)the effective teaching strategy of practical writing can stimulate students’ interest in learning.(3)the effective teaching strategy of practical writing for Secretary Major in Secondary Vocational School promotes the students’ progress and development.The effective teaching strategies put forward in this study cover the whole process of teaching and accumulate experience for improving teaching quality of practical writing course of Secretary Major in Secondary vocational school.
