Research On The Open Assignment Design Of Secretary Major In Secondary Vocational School Of Secretarial Practice As An Example

For a long time,closed work occupies most of the types of homework after class,often take the result evaluation as the evaluation of homework.Under the guidance of the teaching view,the homework design is often a part of the teaching design,which plays the role of consolidating the teaching;while the homework design view under the curriculum view is to take the homework as a link in the course to carry out the homework design research.As a result,with the development of the concept of job design from the perspective of curriculum,combining with the characteristics of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward a research on the open work design of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,the present research situation of open work design at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed.The research of open work design is mainly from the design principles of open work design,content design of open work,form design of open work,evaluation design of open work,etc.According to the research on the assignment text,students and teachers of the secondary vocational secretarial major,it is found that there are some problems in the course assignment of the secondary vocational secretarial major at present: the form of the assignment is more important than the text,the content of the assignment is more important than the knowledge,and the evaluation of the assignment is less important than the process.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of secretarial work in secondary vocational schools,the basis of the open work can meet the needs of secondary vocational education,the development of secretarial work and the characteristics of secretarial courses in secondary vocational schools is obtained.According to the design principle and strategy of the open work of secretary major in secondary vocational school,taking the course of "secretary practice" as an example,the course contents are divided into four modules to design four cases: secretary professional cognition module,secretary affairs management module,secretary meeting arrangement module,business activity arrangement module;and the students of secretary major in secondary vocational schoolhave implemented open work.Through the questionnaire and interview survey,the effect feedback of the implementation is obtained: the open assignment design plays a certain role in realize the teaching goal and the curriculum goal.Through the practical activities of open work,we can not only arouse students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learning,but also arouse students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learning It can cultivate the students’ comprehensive professional ability and innovative spirit including the professional ability such as secretarial work ability,social ability such as teamwork ability,problem solving ability and so on.
