| Secondary vocational and technical education is an important part of China’s vocational education system and bears the important responsibility of providing high-quality skilled talents to society.Secondary schools aim to cultivate modern talents with both moral and technical skills,focusing not only on knowledge and skill goals,but also on students’ emotional aspirations,so that they can develop knowledge and social skills based on good qualities.In order to improve the quality of professional and curricular teaching in vocational education,it is necessary to promote the development of a "classroom revolution" in vocational schools.The course "Professional Etiquette" is a core professional course in the curriculum of the secretarial profession,and its content contains the basic professional qualities and professional knowledge and skills that secretarial students should possess,which are of great significance to their future career development.This study is guided by the theory of cooperative learning,and focuses on the problems of unsatisfactory classroom learning and lack of cooperative skills in the secondary classroom of secretarial majors,and conducts a study on the application of cooperative learning in the teaching of Professional Etiquette course to explore the influence of cooperative learning on the learning of secondary students in the etiquette classroom and its application value.This paper proposes a study on the application of cooperative learning in the classroom teaching of Professional Etiquette for secondary school secretarial majors on the basis of existing theoretical and practical research results.The study raises the following questions,namely whether the application of cooperative learning in the classroom teaching of secondary school etiquette improves secondary school students’ interest in and ability to use the etiquette course,whether it helps to develop students’ cooperative skills and what changes it brings to the classroom teaching of secondary school etiquette course.The tools of the study mainly include questionnaires and teacher interviews,etc.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author understands the current situation of the application of cooperative learning in the teaching of the Vocational Etiquette course,and finds that there are problems such as weak students’ awareness of cooperation,one-sided cognition of cooperative learning,cooperative learning in a formal way and imperfect evaluation mechanism,etc.In response to the above problems,the author makes attributions at the levels of teachers,students and schools respectively,and The author proposes specific strategies for optimisation.The questionnaire was used to study the students of a secondary vocational school in the class of 2022 majoring in secretarial studies.By distributing the questionnaire,collecting and collating the data,the software SPSS25.0 was used to analyse the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to ensure the rationality and validity of the experimental data.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,teaching design and implementation are combined with the elements of cooperative learning,and teaching action research is conducted to enable students to achieve the coordinated development of knowledge,emotion and action in the process of cooperation,reflecting the true value of cooperative learning.The results show that the use of cooperative learning in the secondary school etiquette classroom has a significant effect on improving students’ overall quality in terms of course performance,interest in learning and cooperative skills.Finally,on the basis of the teaching practice,a teaching summary and reflection are conducted and future research directions are proposed. |
