In recent years,with the rapid development of vocational education and the continuous progress of society in China,the requirements of businesses to graduates majoring in secondary vocational tourism are increasingly higher,paying particular attention to students’ cooperative consciousness and skills.However,due to the influence of Chinese family structure and exam-oriented education,students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools are obviously lack of cooperative awareness.Even though the Cooperative Learning Models has been extensively used in the teaching of Service Etiquette,there are still numerous unsettled problems,which need to be which need to be further improved and perfected.According to the domestic and foreign literature summary,the development trend of China’s vocational education,the application of Cooperative Learning Models in Service Etiquette,this thesis discusses three research issues,about which the application of cooperation learning teaching mode,the problems of the use and how to solve the problems in the secondary vocational tourism Service Etiquette.This thesis,by using the literature research method,firstly,classifies the concepts of cooperative learning to define the scope of research and the theoretical basis,which are constructivism learning theory,recent development theory,humanism theory and group dynamics theory.Then through the questionnaire survey method,interview method,classroom observation method,to D city secondary vocational tourism major "service etiquette" application of cooperative learning before,in the three stages of the status of the investigation.Through the analysis,there are some problems in the application of cooperative learning in Service Etiquette,such as inadequate understanding of cooperative learning by teachers,unreasonable establishment of cooperative groups,inadequate design and guidance of cooperative learning by teachers,differences in student participation and cooperation,and unreasonable evaluation of cooperative learning.Finally,In order to improve the result of cooperative learning in Service Etiquette,teachers should correctly understand cooperative learning and use tactics by settling cooperative groups scientifically and rationally,guiding students to participate in cooperative learning actively and scientifically evaluating.
