Textbooks are nothing small.The construction of textbooks reflects the will of the country and is a matter of national authority.In the new era,the field of vocational education has further strengthened the construction of a standardized system at the national level.With this,it is also necessary to further strengthen the overall guidance and macro management of teaching materials,and solve the fundamental problems of who to cultivate,what kind of people to cultivate,and how to cultivate people.From a macro perspective,scientific analysis of textbooks,further innovation in textbook editing,and continuous introduction of high-level vocational education textbooks are the foundation for building a good vocational education textbook system;From a micro perspective,it is the main basis for teachers’ teaching activities and an important carrier for cultivating technical and skilled talents.Regardless of the perspective,textbook analysis and optimization play a crucial role in vocational education teaching.With the diversified development of social organizational forms in China,the secretarial profession has become a popular profession.Due to its unique professional nature,it has gradually penetrated into various industries,from large government agencies to small and medium-sized enterprises,and the position of secretary is everywhere.Therefore,as the cradle for cultivating junior and intermediate secretarial talents,the secretarial major in vocational schools should improve teaching quality and attach importance to the role of textbook analysis in secretarial education and talent cultivation in order to effectively supply human resources and match professional talent cultivation with market demand.Therefore,this study takes the textbook "Cashier Practice",which is the core course of the secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,as the research object.Text analysis and survey research methods are used to analyze the textbook from both static and dynamic perspectives,and optimization suggestions for textbook writing and use are proposed to ensure the correct political direction,value orientation,and social function of the textbook.Among them,static analysis includes sorting out the objectives,content,presentation form,and compilation team of the textbook text in four aspects;Dynamic analysis mainly involves conducting surveys and interviews with teachers and students who use the textbook,in order to understand the actual situation of teachers and students when using the textbook,as well as their cognition and feelings towards the textbook.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the objectives of the textbook "Cashier Practice" are in line with the characteristics of the subject and basically conform to the laws of students’ physical and mental development;The content structure is closely connected before and after,and the selection is appropriate;The teaching materials have rich presentation forms,exquisite compilation,and rich illustrations,which have certain aesthetic value;Clear division of labor among personnel in the establishment team.However,there are also certain shortcomings: the learning objectives of textbooks are difficult to quantify and the structure needs to be improved,the content lacks elements of learning evaluation and ideological and political education,the quality of digital teaching resources is not high,the composition of authors is single,the selection of textbooks is not rigorous,there is a lack of relevant training for teachers to use textbooks,and the use of digital resources in textbooks tends to be formalized.Under the guidance of system theory and multiple intelligence theory,this study proposes corresponding optimization suggestions for the above issues: on the one hand,suggestions for textbook writing.Add emotional goals to the learning goals and use ABCD method to make the goals specific and quantifiable;Expand the content of the textbook,add learning evaluation links,and incorporate ideological and political education elements throughout the entire text;Improve the supporting digital resources of textbooks and optimize the design of graphics and text;Collaborate with multiple parties to optimize the composition of editors.On the other hand,suggestions for the use of textbooks.Schools should strictly select textbooks based on modern textbook management standards to ensure the quality of textbook use;Strengthen training on the use of textbooks by teachers,expand multiple learning channels,and strive to improve their theoretical and practical literacy;Teachers should focus on the development demands of the new era,transform the teaching mode of "reading textbooks" and "copying textbooks",and expand the content of textbooks;Mobilize students’ internal strength,stimulate positive learning motivation,and enhance their enthusiasm for using textbooks independently;Teachers and students should improve the efficiency of using digital resources in supporting textbooks.Through textbook optimization,it can provide reference for editors to re write textbooks and teachers and students to use textbooks,achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents in secondary vocational secretarial education,and promote the construction of secondary vocational education textbooks.
