Nowadays,the word“Inside volume”is popular on the Internet and has aroused general resonance among the public.Its extended meaning is mostly used to describe the excessive competition without practical significance within the organization’s social structure,which is a kind of internal consumption phenomenon that participants spontaneously or passively participate in under the condition of limited resources.The phenomenon of involution in the workplace environment is becoming increasingly prominent.At the same time,job burnout has become a common problem in the workplace.Both of them pose challenges to human resource management.Based on the literature analysis and the design method of job burnout scale,this paper divides the definition of workplace involution into three dimensions:job repetition,job limitation and internal vicious competition.Finally,the data sources are obtained by using the questionnaire survey method,and then the data are processed and analyzed by using the data statistical analysis method to form the empirical research part.Finally,through the research and regression analysis of the correlation between the two,this paper verifies the significant negative impact of workplace involvement,and puts forward some solutions.The research conclusions are as follows:First,job repeatability,job limitation and vicious internal competition as three factors to measure workplace involution have been tested for reliability and validity,and the degree is appropriate.Second,the situation of workplace involution is more severe.More than 80%of employees have experienced workplace involution to varying degrees,only 19%of employees do not feel workplace involution,and 7.4%of employees work in enterprises where workplace involution is very serious.Third,the degree of workplace involution has significant differences among different demographic dimensions.Fourth,there is a significant positive correlation between workplace involvement and job burnout,and the correlation coefficient is 0.717.Further analysis,we take the three dimensions of job repetition,job limitation and internal vicious competition in the workplace as the regression analysis of different independent variables,which can explain 55.6%of the reasons for the change of job burnout.The regression coefficients of work repeatability and internal vicious competition were 0.935(P=0.000<0.01)and 1.381(P=0.000<0.01)respectively,which had a significant positive relationship.The regression coefficient of job limitation was 0.093(P=0.516>0.05),which had no effect on job burnout.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward solutions to the problems in the workplace from the following two aspects:first,on the organizational side,streamline the organization,reasonably allocate resources,formulate reasonable assessment and management systems,build an innovative corporate culture,and improve the level of enterprise informatization;Second,on the individual side,improve self competitiveness,improve the awareness of innovation and breakthrough,and establish correct values and good mentality.
