With the promulgation of the "General High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",topic teaching has attracted widespread attention as a new teaching method aimed at the teaching reform of the ideological and political discipline.Topic teaching is guided by controversial issues,creates real and complex situations,takes the form of cooperative inquiry,and carries out teaching activities.Under the guidance of teachers,students turn from passive to active,conducts targeted discussions around issues,and ultimately completes teaching tasks.In the new era,topic teaching has a unique educational value of cultivating students’ core literacy,which is conducive to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in high schools,and promoting the effective construction of ideological and political course teaching.The results of previous research indicate that the current topic teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools has problems such as formalization and superficiality,which neglect the depth of students’ learning and make it difficult for learners to achieve the development of high-level thinking.Facing the new requirements of ideological and political teaching in high schools in the new era,as well as the dilemmas and difficulties in the current teaching situation.This article deeply explores how to effectively use the topic teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools to promote the occurrence and development of students’ deep learning.This article consists of four parts:The first part is an overview of in-depth learning and topic teaching in high school ideological and political courses.The second part is the theoretical basis and ideological resources of the topic teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools from the perspective of deep learning.Deeply explore the theoretical basis of Marxist thought,as well as the ideological resources in the treasure house of traditional Chinese culture and Western civilization.The third part is the current situation of topic teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools from the perspective of deep learning.Through interviews with high school ideological and political course teachers and questionnaire surveys with students,this paper explores the current effectiveness of topic teaching,existing problems,and analyzes the causes of existing problems.The fourth part is the optimization strategy for the application of ideological and political topic teaching in senior high schools from the perspective of deep learning,and proposes optimization strategies from the aspects of teacher ability,teaching subject consciousness,teaching environment,and evaluation mechanism.
