| A key goal of the “Standards for Ideological and Political Course in Senior High Schools(Version 2017)” is to actualize the core quality of ideological and political subject in senior high schools.A critical path to pursuing this goal is to build up the activity-based subject course.In activity-based subject course,topic-based teaching is undoubtedly the most noticeable highlight of activity-based subject course.As an innovative way of instruction reform in the ideological and political subject,the life experience of students can be organically combined with the classroom subject knowledge by creating the “topic” context and carrying out “learning through discussion” activity.Students are able to identify,solve problems,perceive truth and become active persons who find and practice from discussion,debate and independent thinking by continuously carrying out social practice activities,which in turn motivates them to be a part of social engagement,help them establish correct political direction,and improve core quality of ideological and political subject in an all-around way.The only means to boosting the healthy development of topic-based teaching is to focus on high-standard instruction evaluation strategy and to turn it into a gas station for cultivating the core quality of students' subject.This paper mainly has four parts excluding the introduction and conclusion parts.The first part introduces topic based teaching evaluation of Ideological and Political Course in senior high school,mainly includingits connotation and characteristics.It is a reasonable and scientific teaching theory whichmakes a systematic and comprehensive value judgment on the topic based teaching activities by means of objective and scientific evaluation according to certain value standards and teaching evaluation standards.The evaluation contents include teaching objectives establishment,teaching atmosphere,teaching methods application,teaching acquisition process,teaching level of teachers,students' performance in activities and other aspects.In this part,the characteristics of the topic based teaching evaluation are also expounded in four aspects: the evaluation relies on the real situation;the evaluation process is flexible and changeable;the evaluation function is time-efficient;the evaluation scope is integrated.The second part elaborates the important significance of topic based teaching evaluation of Ideological and Political Course in senior high school,which includes three aspects summarized on basis of the current situation of Ideological and Political Course teaching.First,it is adriving source of the Ideological and Political Course reform,being of great help to cultivate the core quality of the discipline and innovate the classroom teaching methods;second,it is an objective need of teachers' professional development,which is conducive to the renewal of teachers' teaching concepts and professional skills;third,it is an inevi table demand ofindividualized development of students,which is beneficial to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of students,tap their potential,cultivate their creativity,and guide them to establish correct ideals and beliefsand learn correct thinking methods.The third part mainly introduces the implementation strategy of topic based teaching evaluation of Ideological and Political Course in senior high school.The principles that should be followed in the topic based teaching evaluation are illustrated,including the development principle of evaluation,the diversification principle of evaluation and the integrity principle of evaluation;three evaluation scales of topic based teaching evaluation are formulated,including the comprehensive evaluation table of topic based teaching classroom,the evaluation table of students' performance in activities,and the self-evaluation table of social practical activities.On this basis,the operation strategies are summarized,includingthe strategy combing self-evaluation and observer-evaluation,the strategy combing quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,the strategy combing activity performance evaluation and activity performance statistics,and the strategy combing evaluation and feedback.Puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for topic based teaching evaluation of Ideological and Political Course in senior high school from three aspects.First,the dimensions of topic based teaching evaluation should be set up reasonably,including the thinking direction,depth and breadth,ability,moral and character of behavior,and the reliability and scope of teacher evaluation;second,the coordination of teaching evaluation content and form should be emphasized,firmly grasping the connection of process and conclusion,sorting out the guidance quality and openness,and evaluating the process and results;third,the teachers' teaching language should be standardized,keeping pace with the times,applying praise and criticism appropriately,being tolerant and strict,and beingemotional and sincere.In a word,as an innovation of teaching reform,topic based teaching needs support form mature teaching evaluation for its survival and development.In this paper,the author attempts to build a topic based teaching evaluation standard oriented to core literacy for high school Ideological and Political Course,and enrich and improve the topic based teaching evaluation system,which is,to certain extent,of theoretical value and practical significance. |
