| Since the release of policy documents such as the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education Stage" in 2021 and the "Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Level of After class Services in Primary and Secondary Schools" in 2022,goals have been established,directions have been pointed out,and significant progress has been made for the development of physical education after class services in primary and secondary schools.Physical education after-school services have become an important manifestation of the national quality education strategy layout.Governments at all levels and regional primary and secondary schools actively explore and prepare to carry out various work,aiming to effectively reduce the burden on primary and secondary school families,enrich the essential functions of school physical education to strengthen physical fitness and cultivate sports fun,promote the comprehensive development of physical and psychological qualities of primary and secondary school students,and become an indispensable form of educational services for quality education of primary and secondary school students.Therefore,how to promote the effective development of after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools,and to construct theoretical research on the influencing factors of the effective development of after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools,is the key to solving the current problem of after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools.This study provides an in-depth analysis of the historical and logical evolution of physical education after-school services in primary and secondary schools,as well as practical issues.It also investigates the current situation of physical education after-school services in primary and secondary schools in the Yangtze River Delta region,and further identifies the practical issues in the development of physical education after-school services in primary and secondary schools.Then.by means of in-depth interviews,the Grounded theory was applied to analyze the influencing factors and the interpretive structural model was used to carry out hierarchical analysis of the influencing factors.Then,the structural equation model was used to conduct empirical research on the theoretical model of the influencing factors,explore the mechanism of the various influencing factors,learn from foreign advanced experience,and propose countermeasures for the implementation of after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.At present,the after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools have gone through the stages of germination,exploration,and development.It is believed that there are problems with the after-school physical education services,such as insufficient external supply power,incomplete feedback mechanisms for family school community collaboration,the need to improve the quality of after-school physical education services,lack of evaluation standards for the quality of after-school physical education services,and insufficient investment in supportive resources for after-school physical education services:2.Identify the influencing factors for the effective implementation of physical education after-school services in primary and secondary schools,including 4 main categories and 13 conceptual categories.The main categories include social environment,direct conditions,stakeholders,and curriculum services;The concept category includes public opinion atmosphere,safety environment,policy support,basic conditions,faculty,school support,parents’ needs,students’ needs,teachers’ needs.service management,service forms,service content,and service methods.3.A mechanism model of the influencing factors on the effective development of physical education after-school services in primary and secondary schools was constructed,and the relationship between various factors and the effective development of physical education after-school services in primary and secondary schools was theoretically analyzed.The mechanism relationships between various factors were confirmed,including social environment,direct conditions->stakeholders->service management->service forms and social environment Direct conditions->Stakeholders->Service content->Service methods->Service forms.The construction of this model enriches relevant research on after-school physical education services in primary and secondary schools,and further expands the application and practice of stakeholder theory,collaborative theory,and physical activity promotion theory.4.Effective implementation of physical education after class in primary and secondary schools should fully mobilize the initiative of multiple subjects,continuously improve the quality of course services,create high-quality hardware and.software conditions,and create a high-quality social environment to jointly promote the effective implementation of physical education after class services in primary and secondary schools. |
