| At the compulsory education stage,students are at the stage of physical and mental development,but due to the heavy pressure of schoolwork,many students have health problems,in order to "lighten the burden" on students,local policies have been introduced to reduce the length of time students stay in school.But the students’ school time came early,"3:30" problem came into being,the parents into a difficult problem.To solve this problem,the Ministry of Education called for after-school services across the country,and Kunming’s education authorities responded positively.As the after-school sports service for primary school students is at the trial stage,a perfect after-school service system has not yet been established.Research shows that,whether from policy requirements,policy implementation,funding allocation,still from the activity plan formulation,the concrete implementation plan,the supervision and the appraisal and so on,all has many questions to need to solve.Therefore,by investigating the current situation of after-school sports activities in primary schools in the main city of Kunming,this paper finds out the existing problems,and on the basis of analyzing and recognizing the causes of the problems,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the long-term effective development of after-school physical activities in primary schools in Kunming,this paper further studies the security mechanism of after-school physical activities in primary schools in Kunming.In view of the related problems in thedevelopment of after-school sports service in schools,this paper tries to find out the countermeasures to solve the problems,improve the quality of after-school sports service,and improve the physical health level of students:(1)students’ voluntary participation in after-school sports services has basically solved the problem of difficult transportation for parents,after-school sports service,students’ health and physical fitness level,as well as their interest in sports,will quality and other aspects have been improved to varying degrees,reducing the pressure of students’ homework and the pressure of extra-curricular guidance,this is in line with the original intention of developing after-school sports service.(2)after-school sports service has relevant policy support but no relevant laws and regulations to protect it,and lacks a targeted and systematic monitoring and evaluation system,which leads to poor development results.(3)the types of projects and organizations are relatively simple,the school sports grounds are few and most do not meet the specifications of the regular sports grounds,the problem of lack of sports grounds and equipment is widespread,and the number of students participating is large;The heavy burden of service teachers,the serious shortage of personnel,the subsidy of service funds is not proportional to the workload of teachers,which has a great impact on the quality and effect of after-school sports service.(4)in view of the problems existing in the after-school sports activities at present,combining with the relevant policy documents,this paper puts forward the guarantee mechanisms for the development of after-school sports activities,namely: the Policy Guarantee Mechanism,the resource guarantee mechanism,and the organization guarantee mechanism,security guarantee mechanism,ideological guarantee mechanism,supervision and evaluation guarantee mechanism,and other relevant supporting systems. |
