| In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan," which laid the foundation for the construction of China’s modern vocational education system.The document clearly states that the "1+X" certificate system is an innovative institutional design in the field of vocational education.Its purpose is to achieve interconnection between vocational skill level certificates and academic certificates,promoting reform in talent cultivation and evaluation methods.In the new era of vocational education talent training model,the "1+X" certificate system has significant innovative value.For secondary vocational education professional courses,this system helps to improve students’ self-learning ability,promote students’ long-term growth,and meet the national development needs for compound technical and skilled talents.The key to realizing the "1+X" certificate system is to adopt a "course-certificate integration" teaching mode,thereby strengthening the connection and alignment between professional education courses and vocational standards.Therefore,the "course-certificate integration" teaching mode should be popularized and applied in secondary vocational education.At the same time,the rapid development of the current social economy has continuously expanded the demand for various talents and gradually increased the ability requirements of vocational and technical personnel.Improving the professional literacy of vocational school students has become an urgent need for social and economic development.As the main place for the cultivation of medium-level technical and skilled talents,secondary vocational schools face a long development process.Although secondary vocational education has made continuous progress in exploration and reform,there is still a considerable gap between the current employment status of graduates and the demand for talents by enterprises,and the quality of practical teaching needs to be further improved.This study,taking the actual needs of the customer service industry as its starting point,focuses on addressing the disconnect between course certificates and practical training in secondary vocational customer management service courses.In accordance with the requirements of vocational skill level certificates,the study comprehensively understands the development trends of "course-certificate integration" and secondary vocational practical teaching and elaborates on the new requirements for professional practical teaching in customer management services under the "course-certificate integration" framework.Based on these new requirements,on-site investigations and interviews were conducted at secondary vocational schools to obtain the current status of practical teaching in customer management service courses.The survey results show that students have insufficient understanding of vocational skill level certificates,and the schools’ practical training facilities cannot meet the needs of practical teaching.At the same time,customer management service course practical teaching overemphasizes theory,neglects practice,lacks effective connection between teaching focus and skill certificates,and employs teaching methods that do not correspond to actual needs,with a lack of scientific evaluation mechanisms.These issues hinder the effective improvement of students’ professional practical abilities and their acquisition of various vocational skill level certificates.This research conducts a comprehensive analysis of vocational skill level certificates and practical teaching in customer management services.To combine vocational skill level certificates with secondary vocational customer management service practical teaching models,the study clarifies the relationship between the two,proposing a fusion plan that integrates practical teaching objectives with vocational skill level certificate skill standards,practical teaching content with vocational skill level certificate training content,and practical teaching evaluations with vocational skill level certificate assessment standards.Furthermore,from the perspectives of schools,teachers,and students,optimization strategies for secondary vocational customer management service practical courses based on "course-certificate integration" are proposed,aiming to improve the professional practical abilities of secondary vocational students and enable them to obtain corresponding vocational skill level certificates,laying a solid foundation for the implementation of customer management service practical teaching. |
