The intergenerational family education of rural preschool left behind children has always been a focus of attention.Childhood is a critical period for personal growth, and children who grow up in the absence of parents for a long time are easily hindered in their physical and mental development due to the lack of education and upbringing in their first school-the family, which indirectly leads to the continuous occurrence of social problems. This article takes the intergenerational families of rural preschool left behind children as the research object, guided by the theory of social support, and uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to collect data.It analyzes and summarizes the current social support status of rural preschool left behind children’s intergenerational families, individual, peer groups, kindergartens, governments, and others. The investigation process found that there are many problems in social support for intergenerational family education for rural preschool left behind children, and analyzed and attributed them from the perspectives of social support subjects, support content, support methods, and support environment.Among the subjects of social support,it mainly includes the support of the government, village committees, kindergartens, and family relatives and peers. The government’s support is mainly through formulating policies and providing economic support to intergenerational families with relatively difficult living conditions, lacking professional service personnel in family education institutions; The village committee mainly implements government policies, and there is a disconnect in information and a single form of support in understanding the families of left behind preschool children;Kindergartens play a bridge role in supporting the education of intergenerational families, distributing material and economic resources provided by the government to eligible children. The lack of teaching staff to some extent also limits the intervention of kindergartens in knowledge and concepts related to intergenerational family education. In addition, due to the limitations of the epidemic, family education work in kindergartens is more carried out through online means; There is relatively little support from family peers, and there is still room for further improvement in educational abilities.Based on this, the article attempts to construct a social support path for intergenerational family education for rural preschool children from four aspects: support subjects, support content, support methods, and support environment. The government needs to play a leading role in society, formulate an overall plan for social support for intergenerational family education, cultivate professional service institutions and talents for intergenerational family education, and encourage social work to connect with social education resources; The village committee should localize policies and form a community mutual assistance and support network;Kindergartens need to expand online family education support channels and implement offline family education practice channels; In addition,as the key to building a social support network, the family itself should also enhance its endogenous development ability, attach importance to the interaction of the family system, optimize the supply of family education, create a good educational atmosphere, and attach importance to the psychological and emotional counseling of young children. The social support for intergenerational family education for left behind children in rural areas should include emotional support, material support, and technical support;Adopting a government led and socialized operation approach,in addition to providing basic services for social support work, targeted personalized services should be provided to continuously improve the content and quality of social support services.Construct a friendly social environment for rural left behind children’s intergenerational family education from both political and cultural perspectives, promote advanced culture, and promote interpersonal harmony. Finally, the author summarizes the research: in terms of the social support for the education of rural preschool left behind children in intergenerational families, the support subjects should continuously enhance the ability of intergenerational families to utilize existing support resources, and establish contact and communication among different support subjects to form a collaborative support force; The support content includes emotional, material, and technical content, and is influenced by the age group and family factors of the child. The proportion of support depends on the time and situation; In terms of support methods, the government needs to do a good job in top-level support design, and provide personalized services and optimize service quality between village committees and kindergartens in action implementation; In terms of supporting environment,we should start from the social environment and the family environment, improve the social support system, promote advanced culture, and also enhance the family education ability. |
