| The foundation of education is to cultivate people by virtue.The General High School Ideology and Politics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition Revised 2020)creatively puts forward the subject core literacy and topic teaching.Subject core literacy and topic-based teaching have become the focus of research.As a new teaching mode,topic-based teaching plays a vital role in implementing the core literacy of disciplines.The goal of topic-based teaching is the first step in designing topic-based teaching,which guides the direction of topic-based teaching,promotes the implementation of topic-based teaching and promotes the cultivation of subject core literacy.Topic-based teaching goal refers to the behavior changes that students can achieve after the discussion activities around the topic and based on the topic situation under the guidance of teachers.Through questionnaire survey,interview and classroom teaching observation,it is found that teachers have a certain understanding of topic-based teaching objectives and have realized their importance in classroom teaching.However,in actual teaching,there are still some problems,such as insufficient systematization and pertinence of topic-based teaching goal design,insufficient accuracy and standardization of expression,insufficient importance and measurement of achievement,and singleness and solidification of evaluation methods.The main reasons are teachers’ weak awareness of designing topic-based teaching objectives,teachers’ lack of ability to design topic-based teaching objectives,insufficient refinement of the implementation process of topic-based teaching objectives and mismatch between topic-based teaching objectives and evaluation system.In order to further optimize the topic-based teaching objectives,so that they can give full play to the functions of instruction,learning and evaluation,on the basis of following the optimization principles of unity of knowledge and value,unity of integrity and concreteness,and unity of hierarchy and gradualism,we should master the optimization methods of system analysis,inductive deduction and behavioral goal statement,and explore the optimization path of the topic-based teaching objectives.It mainly includes breaking the mindset and enhancing the awareness of target design;Analyze the design basis and initially construct the teaching objectives;Multi-dimensional goal stratification,pointing to the core quality of the discipline;Clarify the target elements,accurately express the teaching objectives,attach importance to evaluation feedback,and optimize and integrate the teaching objectives.The optimization principle,method and path of topic-based teaching objectives constitute the optimization strategy of topic-based teaching objectives.Through the research on the optimization strategy of topic-based teaching objectives in senior high school ideological and political courses,it shows that the topic-based teaching objectives are more helpful to cultivate students’ subject core literacy than those in other teaching modes.Based on this,the optimization of topic-based teaching objectives is teacher-led,topic-based,and subject-core literacy-oriented.On the basis of grasping the curriculum standards,textbook contents,and students’ learning situation,the content of the teaching objectives is determined,and appropriate behavioral verbs and conditions are selected to express the teaching objectives.The topic-based teaching mode is combined with various teaching methods,and various teaching activities are carried out to achieve the teaching objectives,and knowledge objectives,ability objectives,emotional attitudes and values objectives are gradually optimized and upgraded to. |
