| In order to enrich the content of out-of-school services of school physical education,improve the quality of out-of-school services and promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of students in this work,the creation and application as an object of research of interesting menus of the out-of-school school physical education service are used as an object of research using the literary method,the questionnaire method,the interviewing method and other research methods,respectively,from school leaders,front-line physical education teachers and physical education teachers of the Jinghai Affiliate School of Beijing Normal University(called Peking Normal School),Students and their parents investigated the current situation of physical education after-school services at Beijing Normal School.The survey results are: the limitations of the content and form of physical education after-school services,the cognitive bias of parents in physical education after-school services,the greater pressure on physical education teachers,the underutilization and development of sports equipment,and the lack of safety guarantee.In order to solve these problems,this paper combines the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students and the actual situation of the school,takes the "After-school Service Physical Aesthetic and Labor Education Activity Menu for Primary and Secondary Schools" organized and compiled by the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission as the main basis,takes interesting sports activities as the carrier,creates the content of physical education after-school services,and creates a "menu-style" physical education after-school service content suitable for primary school students in three levels of practice,that is,the school physical education after-school service interesting sports activity menu,and applies it to the school physical education after-school service for the effect test.Verify its feasibility.The results of the study are as follows:(1)In the after-school service of physical education of Jinghai Affiliated Primary School of Beijing Normal University,its teachers and venue equipment are sufficient,but its content and organizational form are single,which cannot better meet the needs of students at all stages of after-school activities.(2)Based on the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students and the actual situation of the school,this paper takes the "After-school Service Physical Aesthetic and Labor Education Activity Menu for Primary and Secondary Schools" organized and compiled by the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission as the main basis,and takes fun sports activities as the carrier to create the content of physical education after-school services,and create a school physical education after-school service fun sports activity menu that meets the three levels of primary school students,so as to meet students’ after-school needs of physical education and enrich the after-school service content of school physical education.(3)The menu of physical education after-school service fun sports activities created in this paper is divided into level 1,level 2 and level 3 school physical education after-school service fun sports activity menu,and the menu is classified by physical activity fun sports activities and competition fun sports activities.A total of53 fun sports activities were created,including 10 fun sports activities in the level 1fun sports activity menu,and 11 fun sports activities in the competition category;In the menu of fun sports activities for level two,there are 10 fun sports activities in the physical activity category and 5 fun sports activities in the competition category;In the menu of level 3 fun sports activities,there are 7 fun sports activities for physical activity and 10 fun sports activities for competition.(4)The created menu is practical.Through the practice of eight weeks of Beijing Elementary School,the survey shows that the school’s physical education teachers recognize this form of school physical education after-school service,and most students prefer this form of school physical education after-school service. |
