With the rapid development of new media technology and the gradual popularization of mobile communication devices,China’s Internet pattern has shown the development trend of industrialization,and the number of users of both various mobile social media platforms and self-media has grown massively,and the civil communication field has also developed rapidly.These changes have greatly increased the public’s access to and use of media,bringing new challenges to the crisis communication management of First-class universities and disciplines of the world.In this paper,we will start from the perspective of journalism and communication,take the specific subject of First-class universities and disciplines of the world as the research object,take the fact-value model of dialogue paradigm of crisis communication management as the theoretical basis,and use the case study method,content analysis method,literature analysis method and other research methods to discuss the communication characteristics of crisis events and their crisis information in First-class universities and disciplines of the world.It is found that: after the outbreak of crisis events,the public opinion contacts of First-class universities and disciplines of the world are frequent and discrete,and the mode of communication of information about crisis events is opposite to the mass communication mode proposed by Wilbur Schramm;the content of communication is mostly unprocessed raw information about the events,and the information disseminator usually lack rational thinking and are easily influenced by emotions;the textual content of messages is not limited to text,but is more in the form of multimedia.The textual content of the messages is not limited to text,but is more often delivered in the form of multimedia and presents the significant characteristics of fast dissemination speed and wide range of dissemination.The article quantifies and analyzes the current situation of crisis communication management of 42 world-class universities and 95 universities with first-class academic disciplines by selecting crisis events with certain value from 2019 to 2021,and summarizes that there is a lack of In the process of crisis communication management,there are problems such as lack of dialogue channels,poor two-way communication,emphasis on information informing but neglecting value reconstruction,low efficiency of crisis management and failure to play the significant advantages of spokesman system.Finally,based on the comprehensive consideration of the dilemma of crisis communication management in colleges and universities,this paper makes strategic optimization for crisis communication management of double-class colleges and universities based on the "3F hypothesis theory of crisis communication flow",which is to grasp the information flow from the source,eliminate the noise flow in the process of information dissemination,and guide the influence flow at the right time.In the fact-oriented path,we can find out the truth and benefit reciprocity in time,and in the value-oriented path,we can rebuild trust and share meaning.
