| The development of mobile internet has led to the rapid popularization of intelligent terminals.Since 2020,with the outbreak of the epidemic,the demand for online job seeking platform for fresh graduates has sharply increased,the market scale has rapidly expanded.Competition between domestic platform products has become increasingly fierce,but the market share has been scattered.In the case of similar services across platforms,how to further optimize platform services,attract more fresh graduates to use online job seeking platform to participate in school recruitment,and continuously improve user stickiness to form a stable passenger flow is the main research goal of this project.In this thesis,the behavioral design method is used to study the job seeking behavior of fresh graduates,aiming to construct personalized behavioral counseling strategies and provide solutions for optimizing the online job seeking platform for fresh graduates.Firstly,this study analyzes the current situation of the online job seeking platform for fresh graduates and the fogg behavior model,discusses the problems and challenges of existing platform products,and also clarifies the value of the fogg behavior model to persuad the online job seeking behavior among fresh graduates.Secondly,taking the fogg behavior model as the starting point,the behavior influencing factors of the target users are summarized through qualitative and quantitative research,and seven behavior stages are obtained.The Fogg behavior grid is used to optimize and analyze each stage and propose corresponding persuasion design strategies.Finally,the design strategy is applied to the design practice,and through usability testing to verify the plan,the overall design of the online job seeking platform for fresh graduates is further improved and produced,so as to help fresh graduates better use the software to seek job in school recruitment.At the same time,it helps the platform to improve the quality of school recruitment services,enhance user stickiness,and stabilize passenger flow,which also provides solid theoretical support for the development of such platforms. |
