| Teacher-child interaction is the interaction between teachers and children.It is very important for children’s development of sense of security,self-confidence and active exploration of things.In kindergarten education and teaching practice,it is a common form of teacher-child interaction.It is of great significance to improve teachers’ ability to respond to children’s help-seeking behavior and to improve children’s social communication ability.The research conducted 4-week observation of small classes,and observed 185 times of evaluative response process of effective teachers seeking help for children in each link of one-day activities in kindergarten.Data were collected by observation method and interview method to sort out the process and characteristics of evaluative response of teachers for children seeking help.Through the analysis of cases and interviews,this paper analyzes teachers’ feelings and experiences in the process of evaluating teachers’ behavior of seeking help for children.This paper finds out the problems existing in teachers’ evaluation response to children’s asking for help from teachers,and finds out the countermeasures to solve the problems in teachers’ response.First of all,in determining the topic after carding of the existing research results,first of all to help teachers behavior generalizes the background,reasons,methods,results,then,set up the teacher’s response to help teachers behavior research,finally,to find in the existing research about teachers of young children for help behavior evaluative response of related research.Secondly,through observation and analysis,the process and characteristics of teachers’ evaluative response to children’s help teachers are analyzed.Then,through cases and interviews,the feelings and experiences of teachers and children in this process are explored.Finally,it is analyzed that there are some problems in the evaluative responses of teachers to the behavior of children seeking help from teachers,such as selectivity in response,emotional dominance in response and poor response effect of old teachers and the feasibility analysis of the study of evaluative response of teachers to the behavior of asking for help from teachers in small classes... |
