| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out the need to create a new pattern of social governance,which not only reflects the increasingly important role played by citizens in public affairs,moreover,the citizen’s ability to participate and the sense of cooperation put forward higher requirements.As the "Reserve Army" of social talents,high school students should tamp basic knowledge,set up advanced ideal and take an active part in socialist modernization construction.The new ideological and political curriculum standard establishes the public participation literacy as one of the core literacy,which is not only the foothold of the other three,but also can promote students to grow up to be a qualified citizen,therefore,it is very important to cultivate students’ public participation literacy.As an effective teaching strategy,group cooperative learning has been widely used in high school ideological and political education,group cooperative learning can help students establish the concept of collective responsibility,enhance the sense of team cooperation,improve their language skills,but there is also a lack of goals,some problems need to be solved urgently,such as insufficient cultivation and implementation of public participation literacy.In this paper,the methods of qionnaire,literature,interview are used to elaborate the group cooperative learning model of politics in senior high school.First of all,this paper defines the related concepts by reading literature,and illustrates the concept,theoretical basis,and the relationship between public participation literacy and group cooperative learning model.Secondly,through the methods of qionnaire and interview,this paper studies the current situation of the group cooperative learning model in the cultivation of public participation literacy,after investigation,there are four problems: unreasonable problem setting,formalization of Cooperation Process,improper guidance and ientific evaluation mechanism.According to the analysis,the causes of the problems are mainly related to the quality of teachers,the cooperative consciousness and skills of students,the connection between school and society,and the teaching evaluation model.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,the author pforward the construction path of the strategy cooperative learning model of ideological and political co in high school,which is oriented to the cultivation of public participation quality: to improve teachers’ own public participation quality,it will cultivate the public participation quality throughout the whole process,enrich the forms of group cooperative learning,cultivate the students’ awareness and ability of public participation,perfect the evaluation system of group cooperative model,and integrate it into the assessment of public participation quality;Strengthen the link between school and society,implement the cultivation of public participation quality.After investigation and analysis,the author applies the research conclusion to the education practice,has obtained the good effect,therefore,the author believes that the group cooperative learning model of ideological and political course in high school,which is oriented to the cultivation of public participation,is an effective teaching model,it can enhance the effect of group cooperative learning mode,and cultivate the public participation quality in the process of group cooperative learning,and enrich the effective way of cultivating the public participation quality. |
