In 2016,the State Council promulgated the "Health China 2030" planning outline,which It is clearly stated that health education should be included in the basic education curriculum at every stage and integrated into the national education system.The General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)include healthy behaviours as one of the three core qualities of physical education,and how to implement it in physical education has become the focus of school physical education reform.This study investigates and practices the cultivation of healthy behaviour among high school students based on the core qualities of physical education through questionnaire survey,literature,teaching experiment,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.The students in the fifth and seventeenth classes of the second year of senior secondary school of Wuming Middle School in Wuming District,Nanning City,were randomly selected as the subjects of the experiment to conduct comparative experimental analysis.the data obtained will be used to draw conclusions and make corresponding recommendations.Results:(1)It is an objective fact that the development of healthy behaviour under the core literacy of physical education for high school students is neglected in the process of teaching physical education in schools.(2)42.6% of students say that although they enjoy physical activity,they find it difficult to overcome their inertia and take the initiative to do so.(3)51.2%of the students lacked basic health knowledge and the ability to deal with unexpected situations(4)40.2% of the students were not able to reasonably vent their emotions during physical activity(5)63.4% of the students believed that changes in the exercise environment would affect their integration into the group and their experience of physical activity(6)The core elements of the teaching process were(6)Through the teaching practice of optimising the core elements of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation in the process of physical education,it was found that the five dimensions of health behaviour in the experimental class had significantly changed,and the results showed that the students’ awareness and habits of physical exercise,health knowledge acquisition and application,environmental adaptation ability and emotional regulation ability had significantly improved(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)At present,the health behaviour of high school students under the core literacy of physical education has to be improved.The study found that there are certain deficiencies in all dimensions of the health behaviour of high school students,among which students have the greatest problem in mastering and applying health knowledge,and the situation of reasonable venting of bad emotions during physical exercise is relatively good.(2)After three months of teaching the optimal strategy,the experimental class showed significant differences in health behaviour compared to the pre-experimental class,and there were significant changes compared to the control class,which proved that the optimal strategy was effective.(3)The optimisation strategy of the core elements in the teaching process of physical education can help to develop healthy behaviour under the core literacy of physical education,so this optimisation strategy can be a reference for high school teachers and physical educators.
