In the process of social modernization and urbanization,there is still a gap between urban and rural education.Therefore,we should re recognize the value of rural education in the rapid advancement of modernity and actively explore the future development of rural education.These jobs require rural schools to take the local and rural road,and to root the curriculum in the rural soil.They also require rural teachers to have a strong local feeling.Only those who really love the countryside and rural education can do a good job in rural education.At present,researchers pay more attention to the research topic of how to cultivate rural teachers’ local feelings,so that rural teachers can "stay" and "teach well".The research is committed to training local rural teachers and allowing young teachers to go to rural schools.There is less research on the internal of rural teachers’ local feelings.After pre investigation,this study first understood the outstanding problems of rural teachers’ local feelings,and then took the internal conflict of rural teachers’ local feelings as the research problem.Through literature research,this paper summarizes the current research status at home and abroad on Rural Teachers’ local feelings and teachers’ internal conflicts,and further determines the concept,connotation,characteristics and performance of rural teachers’ local feelings and their internal conflicts through academic rational analysis.This research adopts the research methods of indepth interview and case analysis,based on the concept,connotation and performance of rural teachers’ local feelings,combined with the analytical framework of emotional event theory,and drawing lessons from the interviews of scholars on Rural Teachers’ local feelings,prepares an interview outline of the internal conflict of rural teachers’ local feelings in Guangxi.And select the villages and rural schools with the general characteristics of Guangxi,as well as the rural teachers who have been teaching in rural schools for a long time and come from the countryside as the research object,to present the current situation of the researchers’ local feelings in the way of life history narration.Then it analyzes and summarizes the generation,performance,types and characteristics of the internal conflict of rural teachers’ local feelings,in order to explore the internal conflict of rural teachers in identity,local emotion and local responsibility.Combined with the emotional event theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the internal conflict of Guangxi Rural Teachers’ local feelings.Finally,the author thinks about the ways to coordinate the internal conflict of Guangxi Rural Teachers’ local feelings.The study found that the rural teachers’ local feelings in Guangxi would have internal conflicts and have different effects on rural teachers.When there are three kinds of conflicts at the same time,rural teachers show serious loss of identity,indifference to rural emotion and alienation from rural responsibility,which has a destructive effect on the attitude and behavior of rural teachers about rural areas,rural schools,teaching work and rural students.At the same time,the existence of one or two internal conflicts will make rural teachers realize the current problems and have the will and behavior to solve them,which has a certain constructive effect on Rural Teachers’ rural teaching and rural life.On the one hand,it is the rural teachers’ personal characteristics,such as the rural teachers’ negative emotional characteristics,lack of psychological adjustment ability and personal ability to adapt to work changes;On the other hand,the working and living environment and key events have brought positive or negative impacts on rural teachers.The complex working environment,the weakening of human relations in rural life,the lack of local cultural support and other environmental factors will reduce the job satisfaction and enthusiasm of rural teachers;Event factors affect the career choice and identity of rural teachers,and also affect their emotional tendency and willingness to take action of local responsibility.The conclusion is that the internal conflict of rural teachers’ local feelings is related to their personal characteristics,working and living environment,and emotional events.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the internal conflict of rural teachers’ local feelings,adjust from the rural teachers themselves,and rural teachers should pay attention to the positive impact of things,improve their psychological quality,and improve their learning and action ability.By increasing the income of rural teachers,promoting the professional development of rural teachers,and excavating the local characteristic culture,we should ensure the external conditions for the survival and development of rural teachers,so that rural teachers can survive and develop in a good environment.We should also increase the positive impact of emotional events,create a receptive and inclusive work and living environment,let rural teachers feel spiritual support,and then coordinate the internal conflicts in their local feelings.This study is mainly to explore the internal conflicts and coordination methods of rural teachers’ local feelings.At the same time,it is expected that the research conclusions can provide new ideas for the cultivation of rural teachers’ local feelings and provide reference for improving the quality of rural teachers.
