To revitalize rural areas,it is necessary to first revitalize rural education.Since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,social socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The Party and the state have made a major strategic deployment for rural revitalization,and issued a series of relevant policies,which indicate that the construction of rural teachers has ushered in a new climax.Rural teachers’ team construction is an important topic of the times.Rural teachers play a key role in promoting rural education and rural revitalization.Currently,the situation of rural teachers being unable to leave or stay has been effectively alleviated,but the phenomenon of rural teachers being unable to leave,stay,or teach well still exists.Because the development of rural teachers is not only related to national policies,but also closely related to their spiritual beliefs and value orientations.And rural sentiment is a spontaneous and natural emotion,filled with love and responsibility for rural and rural education,and deeply rooted in rural society and rural education as an important source of one’s own happiness and sense of achievement.Therefore,rural sentiment is an important prerequisite and support for rural teachers to "go down","stay",and "teach well",and is an internal force that supports rural teachers to adhere to and contribute to rural education.Therefore,studying the construction of rural teacher teams from the perspective of local sentiment is not only conducive to promoting the construction of rural teacher teams,but also helps to promote the implementation of rural revitalization.This study takes rural teachers in Guangxi as the research object.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of rural teachers’ local emotions,it analyzes the local emotions of rural teachers in Guangxi from four aspects: local identity,professional value,local belonging,and local mission.This constitutes the basic framework for the analysis of this study.Through a combination of text analysis,questionnaire survey,and qualitative interviews,a survey and interview were conducted on rural teachers in Guangxi to understand the current situation of rural teachers’ local sentiment and analyze the attribution of their existing problems.After investigation and research,it was found that some rural teachers in Guangxi have a weak sense of local sentiment,mainly manifested as a lack of local identity and a weak sense of local consciousness among some rural teachers;Some rural teachers have a weak sense of professional value and a weakened sense of happiness;Some rural teachers lack a sense of local belonging and find it difficult to integrate into the countryside;Some rural teachers have a weak sense of local mission and lack internal driving force for development.Lack of professional literacy among rural teachers;Rural teachers lack emotional identification with rural areas;The lack of initiative among rural teachers in building rural areas is the main cause of the problem of rural teachers’ local sentiment in Guangxi.Based on this,this study suggests that rural teachers strengthen their awareness of learning local culture and deepen their sense of local identity;Enhance professional literacy and cultivate a sense of professional value;Strengthen emotional identification and establish a sense of local belonging;Pay attention to rural construction and enhance the sense of local mission,in order to strengthen the cultivation of local sentiment among rural teachers in Guangxi in the new era.
