In order to achieve the strategic goal of building a modern socialist country,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategy.The development of rural education is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,and the establishment of an excellent rural teachers who really love the countryside,have feelings and wisdom is the key to the smooth development of rural education.It can be said that the development of rural education and the revitalization of rural society are inseparable from the efforts of rural teachers.However,in reality,"leave countryside" idea,an empty spiritual life,frequent cold recruitment,and stagnant professional development have become the new problems of rural teachers in the new era."Educational feelings" is a positive and comprehensive emotion cultivated by teachers based on their own growth experience and combined with specific education and teaching practice activities.The "educational feelings" under the rural field,it can make rural teachers see the positive significance of their own work,it plays a key role in the process of teachers sticking to the countryside,and really solve the problem of rural teachers who "can not go down,stay temporarily,and teach badly".Therefore,the "educational feelings" of rural teachers is of great significance to the development of rural education and rural revitalization in China.To boost and cultivate the "educational feelings" of rural teachers is undoubtedly the meaning of the construction of rural teachers.This study adopts qualitative research method,selects a rural primary school(S primary school)teachers as a research object.According to the results of observation and interview,This study divides rural teachers into four categories: "root" into local,"swing" on the surface,"free" of rural and "adapt" to rural.According to the previous definition of "education feelings",combined with the particularity of rural teachers,this study divides "rural education feelings" into devoting to rural,identifying with teachers,sticking to rural,helping rural children and achieving rural revitalization.In essence,the country,society,schools and teachers are all the factors affecting the rural teachers’ "educational feelings".Nowadays,external factors such as "island" of rural school,"institutionalization" of teacher identity,pull up urban-rural gap,dilution of "respecting teachers and valuing education",and teacher management system of rural teachers are also influenced by teachers’ personal experience,professional affection,internal driving force,reflection consciousness and value orientation.Based on the current situation and reason analysis of rural teachers’ "educational feelings",this study proposes the generation path of improving teacher policy system,solve the worries,enrich teacher cultivation mode,improve teacher identity,strengthen local culture construction,build local field,optimize teacher management system,enhance professional efficiency;break village school reality barriers and build "community of destiny" to cultivate rural teachers who can truly "get down","stay long","teach well","integrate into countryside" and "get deep",then improve the quality of rural education,and realize the revitalization of rural society.
