A Practical Study On Social Work Promoting Rural Revitalization From The Perspective Of "Endogenous Development"

In 2018,the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Implementing the Rural Vitalization Strategy were released,which laid out a three-step plan for revitalizing industries,talent,culture,ecology and organizations.This is a national policy to further promote rural development after poverty alleviation.The participation of social work has been mentioned twice in the plan,while rural tourism development has also become a hotspot of rural revitalization.The practical exploration of social work’s involvement in rural tourism development can not only promote the development of rural tourism,but also explore the possibility of multi-way social work’s involvement in rural revitalization.Taking the opportunity of participating in the rural community tourism development project in H village,the author mainly studies how social work promotes rural revitalization through rural tourism projects.Case study method,interview method and literature research method were used to study social work’s involvement in rural community tourism development projects,and on this basis,the general situation of rural areas and specific practical difficulties and causes of the project were sorted out,countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement were responded,and paths and methods for social work to boost rural revitalization were explored.In this paper,the research contents mainly based on the H village in guangdong rural community tourism development projects,"endogenous development" as the main theoretical perspectives,through the analysis of social work to rural tourism project boost rural revitalization of related materials,the social work intervention in H village village tourism development project design,practice and achievements of comb,and on the basis of combining with the experience of other projects,It is concluded that social work involvement in rural tourism development is faced with problems such as lack of social work talents,strong dependence of rural social work services on the government,lack of experience in social work involvement in rural community development,and poor continuity of social work involvement in rural development projects.Through research and analysis,the author found that the main reasons are the shortcomings of social work industry and social workers themselves,the close relationship between rural social work services and the government,the high complexity of rural community development projects,and the imperfect operation mechanism of social work involvement in rural community development projects.Finally,according to the current problems combined with the literature and the author’s reflection,four solutions and suggestions are proposed to improve the service basis of social work involvement in rural community development,strengthen the construction of rural social work talent team,learn from the experience of rural community development at home and abroad,and innovate the operation mechanism of social work involvement in rural community development projects.Through the research,it is found that any rural tourism development model has certain limitations.The construction of development mode needs to be improved and integrated according to the characteristics of different rural tourism resources.At the same time,it also needs to consider the actual needs and gradually extend from a single application mode to a comprehensive tourism mode according to the development and changes of the market.The current experience and professional knowledge of social workers’ involvement in rural tourism development is not perfect,which is also an important factor hindering social work’s involvement in rural community tourism development.Therefore,it is necessary for social work professionals to recognize the situation,speed up the training of social workers in relevant fields,and improve the relevant mechanism.Expand the application of professional theories of social work in the field of rural community tourism development,and promote social workers to play a role in the development of rural communities.Based on the case of tourism development of rural community in H Village,relevant experience summary provides effective reference for social work to boost rural revitalization,hoping to provide service ideas for front-line social workers and promote social work to play a more active role in the process of rural revitalization.
