Abstract/Summary:
At present,digital technology and education are increasingly integrated.The development of digital education has spawned a major structural reform of education.Online education is an important component in the process of digital transformation.Students’ learning involvement is the main index to evaluate students’ academic achievement.With the increasing prominence of students’ dominant position in online education,the study of learning involvement becomes more important.However,in the actual online learning,due to the spatial separation of teachers and students,the interaction level of both sides is not ideal,which leads to the inevitable loneliness of learners,poor learning involvement and other problems,which hinder the improvement of the quality of online learning and have a negative impact on the current digital transformation of education.The teacher is an important interactive subject in the online teaching process,and the teacher-student interaction is an important part of the network learning interaction.The interaction between teachers and students has an impact on students’ learning attitude,learning behavior,learning results and other aspects.High-quality interaction can alleviate the loneliness of learners in the process of online learning,improve learning enthusiasm and maintain learning motivation.Therefore,the interaction between teachers and students in online learning is crucial to solving the separation between teachers and students and reintegrating learning and teaching,which is also an important direction of thinking to solve students’ insufficient investment in online learning.However,there is still a lack of in-depth research on the influence mechanism of teacher-student interaction on college students’ learning engagement.How to promote teacher-student interaction and improve college students’ learning engagement in online learning has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this study aims to systematically analyze the influence of teacher-student interaction on college students’ learning engagement in online learning,and provide feasible suggestions for promoting the quality of teacher-student interaction and improving the level of college students’ online learning engagement.Based on the review of existing research results,this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of teacher-student interaction on college students’ learning involvement in online learning,so as to explore the influence of teacher-student interaction on college students’ online learning involvement.Taking students of a normal university in Henan Province as the main research objects,questionnaire survey and interview were conducted.The questionnaire data were analyzed and processed by software such as SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0,and the research hypothesis was verified by data conclusions.The results show that:(1)Interaction content,interaction time,interaction frequency,interaction mode,interaction emotion and interaction depth have significant positive effects on online learning behavior investment of college students;(2)In terms of cognitive engagement of college students,the interaction motivation,interaction time and interaction distance between teachers and students have no significant influence on cognitive engagement of college students,and the other dimensions have significant positive influence;(3)In terms of emotional involvement in learning,the interaction between teachers and students has no significant influence,while the other dimensions have significant positive influence.According to the data and interview results,this study proposes the following countermeasures to improve the learning involvement of college students from the perspectives of teachers,students and schools at the level of teacher-student interaction: From the perspective of teachers,teachers need to enrich the interactive content and expand the depth of interaction;Shorten the interaction distance and guarantee the interaction time;Choose interactive ways to ensure students’ positive interactive emotions;Optimize teaching design and integrate digital technology;Develop design thinking and reflect on teaching practices to improve the quality of teacher-student interaction and students’ engagement in learning.From the perspective of students: the interaction frequency with teachers should be improved to ensure the interaction efficiency;Correct interactive motivation,make good use of learning strategies;Good selection of interactive tools to improve the learning effect.At the school level,schools should conduct online teaching training for teachers on the basis of clarifying teachers’ needs.Secondly,they should pay attention to the construction and sharing of learning resources,improve the incentive and evaluation system of online teaching,and enhance the willingness to interact.Finally,they should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ design thinking and improve their technology application literacy.It lays a foundation for the improvement of learners’ learning involvement,thus improving the quality of online teaching.This study analyzes the influence of teacher-student interaction in online learning on college students’ learning engagement through statistical analysis,questionnaire and interview,and puts forward feasible suggestions according to the survey results.This study has important theoretical significance for clarifying the teacher-student interaction,learning engagement and the relationship between them in online learning,and has important practical value for improving teachers’ teaching interaction level,improving students’ online learning effect,and promoting the high-quality development of online education teaching.
