Research On The Dilemma Of Realizing Labor Value Under The Action Of Capital Logic And Its Countermeasures

In the era of economic globalization,the logic of capital is the dominant logic of modern social operation,and the principle of capital is the basic criterion of modern social operation.Although the logic of capital,as a deep force controlling social resources and promoting economic development,provides certain material conditions for the realization of the value of labor,its inherent contradictions and limitations also bring many ecological,economic and social problems,creating a huge dilemma for the realization of the value of labor.The realization of labor value is related to the survival and development of workers themselves,and also to the harmony and stability of the society.It is an important subject that cannot be ignored in the process of economic and social development.Therefore,in the modern society dominated by the logic of capital,what are the difficulties facing the realization of the value of labor force? What are the deep reasons behind the dilemma? How to solve these difficulties in order to effectively guarantee the realization of labor value? Based on the above problems,this paper takes the capital logic as the perspective,to the realization of labor value dilemma and crack the countermeasures to carry out in-depth research.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods and innovation points.The second part is the definition of related concepts.On the one hand,by analyzing the essence of capital,we can grasp the connotation and expression form of capital logic,that is,capital logic is a law of endless multiplication and maximum possession of surplus value,and it has four different expression forms of multiplication logic,power logic,colonial logic and materialization logic.On the other hand,it discusses in detail the new changes of labor value composition in the contemporary capitalist society,and specifically analyzes the three special attributes of labor value,namely dependency,multiplication and bondage.The third part is to analyze the difficulties and reasons of the realization of labor value under the role of capital logic.On the one hand,the paper expounds that the logic of capital in the crazy pursuit of self-proliferation process,for the realization of labor value creates layers of difficulties,not only worsens the environment of the realization of labor value,labor reproduction in a shrinking state,but also makes the development of labor force tends to be fragmented,the social relations between workers are distorted and the values of workers are impacted.On the other hand,through the analysis of Marx’s classic work Capital and related works,it is realized that the capitalist mode of production,capital accumulation,capital surplus,capitalist economic crisis and capitalist application of machines are the important reasons for the creation of the dilemma of labor value realization.They influence each other,intertwine and work together to create a great dilemma for the realization of the value of labor.The fourth part is to explore the solution to the dilemma of realizing labor value under the action of capital logic.This paper persists in the basic position,viewpoint and methods of Marxism,connects Marxist political economy with the concrete practice of our social development,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from three different angles,which are the humanistic demands of labor value realization.Utilizing,restricting and exceeding capital and forming a fourin-one guarantee mechanism of "trade union-government-law-society".
