severe challenges to the harmony and stability of labor capital relations in China’s private economy.How to realize the healthy development of labor capital relations in the private economy under the historical conditions of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only a practical problem,but also a topic that needs to be explored in theory.In the realistic context of the new
