| Mathematical education aims to develop and practice thinking,and mathematical language is an important expression of mathematical thinking.Through the use of mathematical language,we are able to assist learners to understand and apply mathematical expertise well.Through the literature analysis,the problems to be solved in this paper are proposed.To address these problems,test papers,questionnaires and interview outline were prepared,students were tested and surveys were conducted,teachers were interviewed for teaching,Through the analysis of the result of questionnaires,test and interview,the following problems were discovered in the cultivation of students’ language expression skills:(1)Students’ mathematical language expression is not standardized and lack the habit of standardized expression;(2)Students have insufficient opportunities to express themselves and lack a platform for mathematical language expression;(3)Students’ ability to understand and transform mathematical language is weak;(4)Students’ training in mathematical language expression is insufficient;(5)Students’ mathematical language development ability is unbalanced and individualized differences are large.Proposing teaching strategies to address the issues met in the test,questionnaires and interview regarding the cultivation of mathematical language expression:(1)To enhance teachers’ mathematical language literacy and standardize mathematical language expression;(2)Create a good platform for students to learn mathematical language and provide sufficient opportunities for mathematical language expression;(3)Pay attention to the diversified representation of teaching contents and present the diversity of language expression;(4)Pay attention to situational teaching to stimulate students’ desire for mathematical expression;(5)Design diversified teaching methods to improve the mathematical language expression ability.Finally,with the help of specific teaching cases at the junior high school stage,verifying the issues identified and countermeasures proposed in this paper,were utilized to implement them into practical teaching,and the teaching effects are analyzed and improved. |
