Education is the foundation of a nation.As the "bird’s nest" for training physical education teachers,physical education major shoulders the important mission of "incubating" physical education talents for various educational institutions at all levels.At present,in order to adapt to the curriculum reform and development under the new situation,to cultivate more specialized sports reserve teacher,our university physical education major attaches more importance to the cultivation of teaching practice ability.Professional sports students of physical education teaching practice ability is a necessary ability,its level of ability directly affects the quality of the physical education teaching effect,and gymnastics curriculum as one of the sports education professional backbone course,the cultivation of student’s gymnastics teaching practice ability with other courses in the curriculum system for the position.In this paper,the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,Delphi method and other research methods to Shandong Institute of physical education students gymnastics teaching practice ability of a more comprehensive investigation and analysis,the following conclusions:1.Gymnastics teaching practice ability is not a single ability expression,but a coordinated embodiment of various abilities centered on teaching.Through expert screening,this paper divides gymnastics teaching practice ability into five first-class indexes and 18 second-class indexes.2.According to the investigation,students’ gymnastics teaching practice ability,teaching organization and implementation ability and multimedia teaching application ability are at a good level;Teaching and innovation ability,language expression and explanation ability,keen observation and teaching adaptability,teaching evaluation ability and self-reflection ability are at the average level;Overall,it shows that the development of students’ gymnastics teaching practice ability is unbalanced.3.Through screening and investigation,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the formation of gymnastics teaching practice ability of physical education major are:students’ factors,teachers’ factors,environmental factors;Student factors include learning motivation,learning interest,student knowledge reserve and their own subjective initiative;Teachers’ factors include teachers’ knowledge,skill level,teaching methods and means,and teachers’ creative psychology.Environmental factors include learning atmosphere,teaching content and design,and teaching practice.4.The strategies to improve the practical ability of gymnastics teaching of students majoring in physical education in Shandong Institute of Physical Education include: giving play to the creative psychological quality of teachers and improving the teaching quality;Optimize the design of teaching content,improve the combination of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and teaching practice;Establish a diversified curriculum teaching evaluation system to improve the process training of teaching practice ability;Establish course teaching practice ability training platform,strengthen the diversified training mode in and out of class;Establish the training idea of task-driven curriculum teaching practice ability,and form a good learning atmosphere. |
