| In twenty-first Century, our country with reform of education and thecontinuous improvement of the people on the sports concept, increase thedemand for sports talents in china. Professional physical education isthe cradle of future sports talents, gymnastics teaching as a main coursefor physical education students, plays an important role in thecultivation of sports talents. In recent years, along with our collegeof Physical Education Professional Gymnastics compulsory curriculumreform unceasingly thorough, in the joint efforts of leaders of all levelsand gymnastics workers, gymnastics teaching has made some breakthroughand development in depth and breadth. But at present, our collegegymnastics teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching idea of theold and lag, make the college gymnastics teaching contents in the verygreat degree are not well adapted to the needs of Gymnastics Teaching inmiddle and primary school, cannot meet the social needs of sports talents.Our institute is the professional sports college sports talents trainingbase, through gymnastics compulsory course for students majoring inphysical education teaching ability of students is essential.In this paper, using the research method and mathematical statistics,literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, fieldobservation, investigation and comprehensive analysis to obtain statusof students’ teaching ability of our college physical educationgymnastics required course, are discussed and main factors of gymnasticscompulsory course of students’ teaching ability formation, draw thefollowing conclusions:1.Physical education majors in our institute teaching ability ingymnastics compulsory course generally include: the ability of languageexpression, teaching organization and implementation ability, teachingdesign and innovation ability, keen observation ability and technologyteaching ability and teaching assessment ability of five parts.2. Author through observation of classroom and gymnastics teacherinterviews about the students of physical education major in our institutecompulsory gymnastics course teaching ability, and puts forward somefeasible strategies to improve teaching ability of students in PhysicalEducation Specialty in our department gymnastics compulsory course in view of the present situation of teaching ability.3. Factors affecting the formation of students’ teaching ability ofthe Shenyang Institute of physical education gymnastics compulsory courseof professional quality factor and the teaching environment factorsmainly include the factors of the teacher, the students’ own.4. To improve the feasibility method of teaching ability of studentsin our college sports education professional gymnastics compulsory course:in the teaching application "retelling" password use and interpretationability; Perfect the classroom organization and management, to improvestudents’ ability of self learning and positive thinking; Using differenttypes of teaching methods, in a planned way to cultivate the students’teaching ability; Increase the chance of students teaching practice,carries on the actual operation; Implementation of the diversificationof teaching evaluation way。Finally, in view of the lack of teaching ability of students inPhysical Education Specialty in our college gymnastics required course,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures, hoping to make feasibleteaching plan and provide some theoretical support to the training planfor the Xi’an Physical Education University. |
