In the early stage of compulsory education of China,rural junior high schools aren’t sound,because the family education system of communities and school Parents,teachers or their own education are not good.Some children are not able to study,or often violate rules and regulations,moral character is poor,which seriously limit the development of their own potential.These conditions have a negative impact on the long-term development of primary and secondary school students,the formation of family happiness and the improvement of the quality of compulsory education in China.To strengthen moral education and cultivate people,ensure and standardize schools and teachers education 、teaching and management responsibility.Protect the legitimate rights and interest of students.Promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students.Ministry of Education enacted Disciplinary rules for primary and secondary education,which will be implemented on March 1,2022.This paper will take X、D、J Middle Schools in T City as an example.With the beginning of describing the background,importance,investigation methods and innovation points of the topic,and defines the core concepts of rural middle schools,potential students who violate rules and disciplines.There are many reasons for potential students in rural middle schools to violate the rules and regulations.This paper based on the current situation of potential students in rural middle schools,analyzes the four violations of rules and regulations in terms of learning,interpersonal relationship,ideological and moral character,and Internet addiction,and expounds the adverse effects of violations of rules and regulations.Study and design the problems according to the domestic and foreign teaching countermeasures for potential students’ violations of discipline in rural schools,and through the distribution of questionnaires in X、D、J Middle Schools in T City,sorting out the experimental data,and combining the conversations between teachers and class teachers,understand the current situation of potential students’ violations of discipline in rural middle schools,and conduct research in combination with relevant pedagogical and psychological management theories:low self-efficacy of students leads to poor self-control;The serious aging of rural teachers causes the lack of innovation in moral education;The lack of supervision of moral education measures in schools results in poor treatment effect;Some parents have misunderstanding about educational punishment;Social undesirable phenomena have a negative influence on young people.Then,based onthe case study of potential students who violate the rules and disciplines in rural middle schools,explore the feasible strategies for the education and management of potential students who violate the rules and disciplines in rural middle schools.Put forward the countermeasures to improve the education and transformation of potential students who violate the rules and disciplines in rural middle schools:Pay attention to students’ mental health and improve students’ self-control;Strengthen the comprehensive quality training of teachers and improve their skills in dealing with violations;Provide an educational disciplinary environment to ensure the implementation of teachers’ disciplinary power;Strengthen home-school cooperation and enhance home-school communication and understanding;Actively create a good social atmosphere to reduce the negative influence of social factors.according to the educational transformation results of the case and the existing mature research results.In rural junior high schools where the teaching equipment is backward and the development of moral education concept is relatively backward.In short,we should not only pay attention to prevention and management,but also pay attention to the self-education of potential students after breaking the rules and disciplines,so as to more effectively prevent and reduce the potential students’ violations.
