This paper takes the Chinese minority language and literature major of Inner Mongolia Minzu University(referred to as Mongolian language major in the following chapter)as an example to investigate and study the educational practice of normal school students.Through the investigation,we first understand the current situation of the educational practice of normal students majoring in Mongolian language;secondly,from the analysis of the results of the investigation,we find out the problems existing in the educational practice of normal students majoring in Mongolian language and explore the causes;finally,the author puts forward effective strategies on how to solve the problems and future development planning.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and interview to study the current situation of educational practice of normal students majoring in Mongolian language,which is composed of six parts: introduction,text,conclusion,references,appendix and thanks.The details are as follows:the introduction part is based on the reasons for choosing the topic,research purpose and significance,research status,research content and methods,innovation and deficiencies.The text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is a summary of educational practice of normal majors.It is composed of three parts: the connotation and content of normal specialty education practice and the importance of Mongolian language education practice.The second chapter is the comprehensive analysis of Mongolian language teaching practice for normal majors.It consists of two sections.the first section summarizes the current situation of Mongolian language education practice of normal majors,which mainly contains the investigation of the guidance process of college team teachers and practice school instructors to normal students,as well as the process investigation of Mongolian language education practice of normal school students.Through the investigation and analysis of the teaching practice process of leading teachers in colleges and universities,guiding teachers in practice schools and normal school students,it is found that there are still some problems in Mongolian language teaching practice for normal majors.The second section makes a scientific and systematic analysis of the existing problems,and further analyzes the causes of the problems.The third chapter is the effective strategy to improve the Mongolian language teaching practice of normal majors.It consists of three parts: the trainee level,the training unit level and the internship unit level.At the student level,effective strategies such as mastering professional basic theoretical knowledge and teaching skills,clearly planning educational practice goals,developing a good sense of innovation and building good interpersonal relationships.At the training unit level,we should strengthen the construction of Mongolian language education practice base,attach importance to the selection and training of teachers and arrange professional courses reasonably.At the level of internship units,we should improve the content of Mongolian language education practice and strengthen teachers’ guidance to Mongolian language education practice.In the conclusion,it summarizes the problems and effective strategies in the Mongolian language teaching practice of normal majors.This paper refines the author’s different views on the Mongolian language teaching practice of normal majors from the aspects of team instructors in colleges and universities,instructors in practice units,normal students majoring in Mongolian language and students in practice units.
