The "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline" and other documents issued by the state put forward specific requirements for building a "healthy China" and improving national health.How to better guide college students to develop the habit of physical exercise and cultivate students’ lifelong awareness of physical exercise has become a common concern of the society.University is an important stage for college students to develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise,which is mainly reflected in the understanding of the importance of physical exercise and the formation of practical exercise habits,but the current situation of physical exercise habits of college students is not optimistic.The integrated teaching mode in and out of class has the potential to cultivate the habit of physical exercise of college students with the people-oriented teaching concept and the guiding ideology of lifelong physical education,as well as the close connection between the teaching content in class and extracurricular exercises.Therefore,according to the characteristics of college students,this study aims to cultivate college students’ physical exercise habits.By taking advantage of the theory of group dynamics,this study makes grouping design for in-class teaching,and adopts modern teaching tools such as learning Pass to organically connect the "integration" between in-class and extra-class.To deepen and enrich the integrated teaching system of internal and external courses,promote the development of the lifelong sports cause of Chinese colleges and universities,and fundamentally solve the "difficult and complicated disease" that the physical exercise habit of college students is difficult to form for many years.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and so on,and applies the optimized integrated teaching mode in and out of class to the public physical education teaching in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate the physical exercise habits of college students.Two classes of 2022 public physical education basketball class in Minzu University of China were taken as experimental subjects,which were divided into experimental group and control group.Integrated teaching mode inside and outside class and conventional teaching mode were used for 12-week teaching,respectively.By comparing the experimental data,the following results are obtained:(1)In terms of motor skills,the experimental group and the control group had significant changes compared with before the experiment(p<0.05),and the experimental group and the control group had significant differences after the experiment(p<0.05).(2)In terms of physical and mental effects,the total value of physical exercise effect of the experimental group was significantly different from that before the experiment(p<0.05),the total value of physical exercise effect of the control group was not significantly different from that before the experiment(p>0.05),and the total value of physical exercise effect of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different after the experiment(p<0.05).(3)In terms of physical attitude,the total amount of exercise attitude of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different from that before the experiment(p<0.05),and the total amount of exercise attitude of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different after the experiment(p<0.05).(4)In terms of physical exercise habits,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(p<0.05).The high proportion of physical exercise habits in the experimental group changed from the second and third intervals before the experiment to the third and fourth intervals after the experiment.In the control group,the second and third intervals before and after the experiment were high proportion intervals.According to the research results,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The integrated teaching mode in and out of class has better effect on the improvement of college students’ motor skills than the conventional teaching mode.(2)The integrated teaching mode in and out of class promotes the enhancement of college students’ ability effect,social effect and interest effect,and is superior to the conventional teaching mode in terms of physical and mental effect.(3)The integrated teaching mode in and out of class promotes the improvement of college students’ behavioral cognition,behavioral habits,behavioral intention and emotional experience,and is superior to the conventional teaching mode in terms of the training effect of sports attitude.(4)The effect of integrated teaching mode on the cultivation of college students’ physical exercise habits is better than that of conventional teaching mode.
