Bilateral transfer of motor skills is one of the representative hot issues in the theoretical study of skill transfer. When athletes practice a motor skill and one side of the body practices a motor skill, the other body will show the ability to perform the same practice movements. The above phenomenon is the bilateral transfer of motor skills. In sports training, many sports skills need the coordination of both sides of the body to complete better and achieve a higher level of skills and tactics.A large number of studies show that in the practice of sports training, athletes can achieve the ability to strengthen the execution of the same movements on the other side through the technical movements of one side of the body, while the technical movements of the weak side body can strengthen the technical movements of the strong side body and correct the wrong movements of the strong side body.In addition, the feedback of the non-dominant hand to the dominant hand will make the dominant hand master the technical movements faster in the training, accelerate the formation of proprioception, and stimulate the motor conditioning from many aspects, and the training effect is better than the conventional training method. However the theory of bilateral transfer of motor skills has not been verified in martial arts routine exercises, and it is unknown which aspect of the phenomenon of bilateral transfer of motor skills can improve.Flying feet is one of the most basic jumping movements in martial arts routines, therefore, this study aims to explore the effect of increasing bilateral transfer exercises of motor skills on the quality of flying feet in martial arts athletes.Twenty-four male Wushu athletes(age:18±1,body index:22.4±2.2)were recruited, who were randomized to the experimental group(n=12)and the control group(n=12).Regular training sessions can be 5 times a week,120 minutes, including 3 times a week,45 minutes each time. The trial was performed for a total of 8 weeks. The duration of the exercise(45 minutes),the control group practiced flying the feet in the usual way,and the experimental group reduced the routine practice of flying the feet by 1/3(15 minutes),replaced by the bilateral transfer intervention training of motor skills(nonlateral technical movements). Before and after the test,Microsoft depth sensor(Kinect2.0,Microsoft)was used to capture the movement track of the flying foot, and calculate the joint Angle and movement time of the jump, ringing and landing time. The results showed that:(1)the experimental group after the experiment, the ring of the right leg abduction Angle, the knee hip abduction Angle, ring to the ground, the vertical Angle of the leg,the landing the abduction Angle of the hip leg,the landing point and the trunk vertical Angle change difference 8 index is highly significant(p<0.01),the knee leg tightening degree is generally significant(p<0.05).The control group was highly different in the experiment(p<0.01),which were the height of the right foot during the ring, the amplitude of the leg to the landing, and the abduction Angle of the left knee lift leg hip. From the experimental group and the control group of the difference between the group,a total of four indicators of significant difference(p<0.05),the ring point right leg abduction Angle, the ring point left knee abduction Angle of the hip joint and ring to the ground fast down leg three indicators is generally significant, the ground knee tightening degree is highly significant(p<0.01).The abduction Angle of the right leg of the ring point, the abduction Angle of the hip of the left knee, and the tightening degree of the landing leg were all in the control group, while the range of the pressing leg to the ground was the range of the control group.Conclusion:(1)the experimental group to join the advantage side empty flying foot technical training can significantly improve the height of the athletes flying foot ring point, ring leg and knee leg positive, before swinging legs and leg after leg amplitude and speed, left knee control ability and upper body after the ring, and a secondary empty,so as to achieve higher action specifications and practice level. It shows that the tightening ability of the quadriceps in the right leg and the iliopsoas muscles of the athletes, the stretching ability of the hamstring muscles in the left and right legs, the interaction inhibition ability of the hamstring and the quadriceps and iliopsoas muscles, the contraction and control ability of the adductor muscles in the left and right legs, the contraction and control ability of the left iliopsoas muscles, and the activation degree of the back muscles are all improved.(2)The control group conducted the routine training of flying feet, and the height of the strike point of the flying foot, the range of the leg after the sound, and the lateral control ability of the left knee when landing were significantly improved. It shows that the contraction ability of the iliopsoas with the quadriceps in the right leg,the stretching ability of the hamstring in the right leg,the contraction ability of the hamstring in the right leg,the interaction inhibition ability of the hamstring with the quadriceps and iliopsoas, and the contraction and control ability of the left adductor were improved.(3)Compared with the experimental group, the control group improved the lower leg after the ringing point, but the positive degree of the ringing leg and the lower leg,the lateral control of the left leg and the stability of the left leg and the lower leg when landing. The contraction ability of the hamstrings in the right leg and the inhibition ability of the hamstrings with the quadriceps and iliopussoas were less improved than the control group, but the contraction and control ability of the adductors, the tightening ability of the iliopsoas and the stretching ability of the hamstring were more obvious than that of the control group. In this study, the bilateral transfer of motor skills is applied to the training of flying feet, which proves that the application of bilateral transfer of motor skills has a positive impact on the flying feet technology, and the training effect is more obvious than the conventional training method, which provides innovative ideas and reference value for the training practice of flying feet.
