Abstract/Summary:
Research background Flying feet have a high contribution in martial arts routine competitions and are an indispensable difficulty for athletes in the arrangement process. However, martial arts routine athletes often use bilateral lower limb training to increase difficulty in auxiliary training. At present, research has found that unilateral lower limb training can significantly improve various abilities of the lower limbs, but its mechanism of action is not fully understood. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons and mechanisms of unilateral training improving the quality of aerial flying foot movements.Research objectiveThe purpose of this paper is to study the influence of unilateral and bilateral lower limb muscle strength training on the completion quality of the key technical movements of traditional martial arts routines, and the relationship between it and the changes of lower limb explosive force, lower limb balance ability, lower limb stability and lower limb sensitivity,so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the key technical training methods of traditional martial arts routines and improving the completion quality of the flying feet.Research methodSixteen male students majoring in traditional martial arts and ethnic traditional sports from a university were selected for a three-week observation of the effect of single-leg and double-leg lower limb muscle strength training on the quality of airborne kicks. The measurement data were analyzed using Excel 2017 to determine the mean ±standard deviation(M±SD).The baseline value at the first time point and the baseline value after the third "washout period" were analyzed using a one-factor analysis.A two-factor factorial experiment design(lower limb muscle strength training program 2:single-leg lower limb muscle strength training-double-leg lower limb muscle strength training)was used to analyze the interaction effect before and after the training(before-after training). The multivariate linear regression analysis was used to predict the contribution rate of the independent variables, such as lower limb explosive power, balance ability, stability, and sensitivity,to the dependent variable of the quality of airborne kick completion.IBM SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Research resultsThe influence of unilateral and bilateral lower limb muscle strength training on the quality of flying feet: factors before and after training have a significant impact on the quality of flying feet(F=30.76,P<0.0001),which shows that the quality of flying feet after training is significantly better than that before training;Unilateral and bilateral training has a significant impact on the quality of flying foot movements(F=10.35,P=0.003),with unilateral training being superior to bilateral training; There is a significant interaction between pre and post training,as well as single and bilateral training factors,on the completion quality of the soaring foot movement(F=12.46,P=0.001).The influence of unilateral and bilateral lower limb muscle strength training on balance: the factors before and after training have a significant impact on the left YBT(F=193.0,P<0.0001),which shows that after training is significantly greater than before training;Unilateral and bilateral training has a significant impact on balance ability(F=24.94,P<0.0001),with unilateral training being superior to bilateral training; There was a significant interaction between pre and post training and unilateral and bilateral factors on left YBT(F=21.09,P<0.0001).The factors before and after training have a significant impact on the right YBT(F=218.7,P<0.001),manifested as significantly greater after training than before;Unilateral and bilateral training has a significant impact on balance ability(F=36.60,P<0.001),with unilateral training being superior to bilateral training; There was a significant interaction between pre and post training and unilateral and bilateral factors on left YBT(F=28.18,P<0.0001).The influence of unilateral and bilateral lower limb muscle strength training on stability: the factors before and after training have a significant impact on the standing time of the left wave velocity ball(F=95.88,P=0.0000<0.0001),which shows that the standing time of the left wave velocity ball after training is significantly longer than that before training;Unilateral and bilateral training has a significant impact on the standing time of wave speed balls(F=19.79,P=0.0000<0.0001),with unilateral training being superior to bilateral training; There is a significant interaction between pre and post training and single and bilateral factors on the standing time of the left wave velocity ball(F=32.20,P<0.001).The factors before and after training have a significant impact on the standing time of the right wave velocity ball(F=85.56,<0.0001),manifested as significantly greater after training than before;Unilateral and bilateral training had a significant impact on the standing time of the right wave velocity ball(F=10.90,P=0.002),with unilateral training being superior to bilateral training; There was a significant interaction between pre and post training and single bilateral training on the standing time of the right wave velocity ball(F=30.80,P<0.0001).The influence of strength training on sensitivity: The factors before and after training had significant influence on the jump time of left cross quadrant(f=45.6p < 0.0001),which showed that the jump time after training was obviously shorter than that before training;Unilateral and bilateral training had no significant effect on the jump time of left cross quadrant(f=2.43p=0.12).There was no significant interaction between before and after training and between unilateral and bilateral factors on the jump time of left cross quadrant(f=3.02p=0.09)The jumping time of right cross quadrant was significantly affected by the factors before and after training(f=64.25 p < 0.0001),which showed that the jumping time after training was significantly shorter than that before training;Single and bilateral training had a significant effect on the jump time of right cross quadrant(f=10.97p=0.002);There was no significant interaction between before and after training and between unilateral and bilateral factors on the jump time of right cross quadrant(f=1.94p=0.17)The influence of unilateral and bilateral lower limb muscle strength training on explosive force: The factors before and after training have significant influence on the height of vertical jump(F=110.00 P < 0.0001),which is obviously higher after training than before training;Unilateral and bilateral training had no significant effect on the height of vertical jump(f=3.06p=0.09)There was significant interaction between the factors before and after training and the factors of unilateral and bilateral training on the height of vertical jump(f=14.7p < 0.0001).Multiple regression analysis found that changes in lower limb explosive strength, lower limb balance ability, lower limb stability, and lower limb sensitivity before training did not significantly contribute to the completion quality of the flying foot movement; After bilateral muscle strength training, the changes of lower limb explosive force, lower limb balance ability, lower limb stability and lower limb sensitivity did not significantly contribute to the quality of flying feet; However, after unilateral muscle strength training, the sensitivity change of the right lower limb significantly contributed to the quality of flying feet(P=0.016).Research conclusionThe unilateral and bilateral muscle strength training and the factors before and after training can significantly improve the quality of flying feet before and after three weeks of training, which shows that the effect of unilateral muscle strength training is better than bilateral muscle strength training; After unilateral strength training, the changes of right lower limb sensitivity had significant contribution to the completion of flying feet, but after bilateral strength training, the changes of lower limb explosive force, lower limb balance ability, lower limb stability and lower limb sensitivity had no significant contribution to the completion of flying feet The above results suggest that the improvement of flying foot movement by unilateral strength training may be related to the enhancement of right lower limb sensitivity.Based on the above research results, this study suggests that the three-week unilateral lower limb strength training can significantly improve the completion of flying feet. The reason may be related to the fact that unilateral lower limb strength training is superior to bilateral training in improving bilateral lower limb balance, bilateral stability and right side sensitivity...
