Teenagers and children are important groups in the implementation of the national fitness strategy. The concept of children's physical education has also undergone tremendous changes. The Outline of the National Fitness Program also mentions that the focus should be on adolescents and children, which reflects the vital importance of physical exercise for adolescents and children. The social demand for sports talents is growing, not only for sports skilled talents, but also for comprehensive sports talents with multiple abilities. Therefore, the teaching concept of "teaching for migration" is gradually popularized in children's sports teaching activities. In the process of learning sports skills, the learning of new sports skills will affect the stereotype of students' original sports skills. This phenomenon is called motor skill transfer.Cheerleading teaching and other disciplines are quite different. It is a kind of dynamic education. It is an indispensable sport for physical education and has a relatively high public awareness. This requires that cheerleading teachers and coaches should pay more attention to the development and promotion of the project, actively seek a more scientific method, improve the teaching efficiency and quality of education.By using the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an experimental study on the effect of skill transfer between cheerleading and rhythmic gymnastics for children, based on the basic principles of theoretical basis and objective basis, and fully combines the theory of skill transfer with students' objective evaluation, classroom observation and evaluation. The purpose of this study is to use quantitative indicators to carry out an experimental study on the effect of the transfer of sports skills among young children of rhythmic gymnastics clubs during the period of Cheerleading learning,to put forward strategies and suggestions to promote the positive transfer of sports skills, and to find out the corresponding countermeasures and methods to prevent or reduce the negative transfer,so as to provide corresponding reference for improving teaching quality and promoting project development.Studies have shown that:1.In the early stage of Cheerleading learning, the skill of rhythmic gymnastics has obvious negative transfer, which hinders the learning of Cheerleading to some extent.Through students' self-evaluation and teachers' observation and reasoning,in the initial stage of Cheerleading teaching experiment, students' original action stereotypes hinder the learning of new actions.2.Art gymnastics skills in the late learning period of cheerleading, the original movement stereotype gradually disappeared, which has a certain role in promoting the learning of cheerleading, there is a clear phenomenon of positive transfer.Through the test experiment,it is inferred that in the later stage of the cheerleading teaching experiment, the students' learning has been actively promoted by the original action elements.3.The skill of rhythmic gymnastics can promote the formation of the skill of Cheerleading movement. In the process of teaching experiment, through the examination of technical skills and expert measurement,it is concluded that the performance of the students in the experimental group is obviously better than that of the students in the control group. The experiment proves that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the learning effect of cheerleading.4.In the process of learning cheerleading skills, some of the students in rhythmic gymnastics clubs have achieved remarkable results in the transfer of sports skills.Through comparative analysis of cheerleading and rhythmic gymnastics in various aspects and Experimental Research on students, the results show that the rhythmic gymnastics project has a positive impact on the learning process of Cheerleading skills.
