| Under the background of "double reduction",the after-school services in primary and secondary schools,as an important measure to ensure a satisfactory education for the people,plays an important role in balancing the allocation of educational resources and improving the ability of educational services.If the rural high-quality primary schools run the after-school services well,it is not only conducive to the development of quality education and the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,but also has great significance for optimizing the allocation of regional educational resources,narrowing the gap between urban and rural students,and promoting educational equity.In addition,the after-school service of the school is closely related to the home-school and school-society community,and it also helps to establish and improve the cooperative education mechanism of the home-school and school-society community.Therefore,this study is based on the study of the quality of after-school service in rural high-quality primary schools.Through the investigation on the after-school service quality of three rural high-quality primary schools in J County,W City,it is found that there are still the following problems in the implementation of after-school service in rural high-quality primary schools:Firstly,blindly follow the trend of urban primary schools,ignoring the nature of rural schools;secondly,supervision and inspection become a mere formality,the service evaluation system is absent;thirdly,teachers’ work increases in reverse and lacks enthusiasm for participation;fourthly,home-school communication is not close,ignoring the individual needs of students;fifthly,insufficient off-campus cooperation and lack of sustainable development prospects.In view of these problems,by analyzing the causes,the following strategies are proposed to improve the quality of after-school services in rural high-quality primary schools:The first is to further strengthen the government’s public service functions by improving the relevant policies and systems of after-school services,establishing and improving the working mechanism of after-school services,and ensuring the funds for after-school services in rural schools.The second is to further strengthen the after-school service management of rural high-quality primary schools.It mainly improves the level of service management by improving supervision and inspection measures,building the evaluation system of after-school service,strengthening the training of service teachers,and protecting teachers’ rights and interests in many aspects.The third is to explore the mechanism of multi-subject collaborative education,and give full play to the positive role of home-school,inter-school and school-society in after-school service.Fourthly,we should give full play to the advantages of rural regional characteristics and promote the individualized development of rural primary school students. |
