| As a livelihood project to enhance the ability of education service and alleviate parents’ difficulties and worries,the implementation of after-school service is an important measure to reduce parents’ burden,improve people’s satisfaction with education and promote students’ healthy growth.The policy of "double reduction" puts forward higher requirements for the quality of after-school service in Chinese primary and middle schools,so as to construct a high-quality education system,strengthen the principal position of school education and construct a good educational ecology.However,there are many practical misconceptions and value deviations in the implementation of after-school services,which make it difficult to fully play the role of after-school services.Although the research on after-school service has been deepening in recent years,we still need to explore and practice how to optimize the after-school service function and improve the quality of after-school service in primary and secondary schools.To examine the practical difficulties of the current after-school service in primary and secondary schools,clarify the true meaning of after-school service and explore the dilemma is of great significance to the effective implementation of "double reduction" and the all-round development of students.Therefore,this paper takes D school as the entry point,carries out the research on the implementation status and countermeasures,and analyzes the difficulties and improvement paths of the after-class service in the background of "double reduction",in order to provide some references and enlightenment for it.Based on the implementation of after-school services in D primary School in a city under the background of "double reduction",this study selected students of different grades,parents,teachers and school administrators of the school as the investigation objects,adopted questionnaire survey,interview method and field observation method to conduct in-depth investigation on the development of after-school services in D school,and understood the status quo of after-school services in D school through different subjects.Then,from the three aspects of government guidance and guarantee,school service quality and parents’ demand for value,the paper analyzes the existing problems in the implementation of after-school service in D school,and points out that the problems are characterized by the lack of supporting relevant systems,imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism,difficult implementation of students’ development needs and curriculum,diverse development needs,single content setting,limited teachers’ energy and unlimited work boundaries.Parents demand deviation,service function narrowing.Then the analysis concludes that the result is not yet perfect supervision and management system,exam-oriented education and lack of guidance,teacher proportion imbalance,teachers’ responsibility boundary constantly extended,parents’ cognition narrow.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the implementation of after-school services and their causes,the following measures can be taken to implement the requirements of "reducing the burden and improving the quality" of after-school services: First,the government should play a leading role,promote the cooperation of multiple subjects,establish and improve the system of after-school service,create an education ecology of collaborative education,clarify the rights and responsibilities of all parties,and scientifically define the boundaries of after-school service responsibilities.Second,the school level should grasp the spirit of the document,build a solid "moral cultivation" project,optimize service courses,adhere to diversified education,in addition to improve the supply of teachers,protect teachers’ rights and interests,strengthen campus safety management,improve after-school service risk sharing mechanism;Third,as a parent to improve their own awareness,actively cooperate with the school,shaping the home-school collaborative education. |
