Xi’an Primary School Sports Associations Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy Carry Out Quality Research

The introduction of the "double reduction" policy not only requires reducing students’ homework burden and off-campus training burden,but also requires schools to carry out after-school delayed service to better help students develop morally,intellectually,physically and artistically.As one of the main forms of after-school service,school sports associations can solve the problems of students’ lack of sports time and continuous decline in physical health to a certain extent.Since the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,primary schools in Xi ’an have actively implemented various requirements.However,due to the lack of experience in most schools,the quality of sports associations is uneven,which affects the effect of students’ physical exercise and restricts the healthy development of students.Therefore,only by correctly evaluating the quality of sports associations,discovering existing problems and deficiencies in time,and proposing solutions and perfecting them can we better promote the development of school sports associations,implement policy requirements,meet students’ sports needs,and thus improve the quality of sports associations.Taking the development quality of primary school sports associations in Xi ’an as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development quality of primary school sports associations in Xi ’an according to the theory of three-dimensional quality structure by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.After three rounds of expert revision and scoring,it finally determines three first-level indicators,eleven second-level indicators and thirty-three third-level indicators.According to the established index system,a questionnaire was designed,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to the leaders,students and parents of the associations,so as to learn about the development of primary school sports associations in Xi ’an from various aspects,analyze the problems and deficiencies,and then put forward improvement methods and take effective measures,providing useful guidance for promoting the development of school sports associations,thus further promoting the development of school sports.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Primary schools in Xi ’an have well implemented the relevant requirements of the "double reduction" policy,and opened sports club activities in students’ spare time,carrying out colorful projects.Some schools have also opened special projects and emerging sports projects,which can provide students with a variety of choices.However,the low frequency of club activities is difficult to meet the needs of students’ sports,and the time for students to master sports skills is far from enough.In addition,due to the epidemic,the opportunities for clubs to participate in competitions are greatly reduced.2.There are few school sports venues and most of them don’t meet the standard of regular sports venues.There are many students,and the venues and equipment are insufficient.Most of them are conducted in track and field,which may easily lead to security risks,which has a great impact on the quality and effect of school sports community activities.3.The age of PE teachers in primary school sports associations is younger;Education is mainly concentrated in undergraduate courses,and the overall age structure needs further optimization;Affected by the current epidemic situation,there are fewer opportunities for teacher training;The instructors of sports associations have novel teaching ideas,and most teachers can take physical education class seriously.4.The school and most parents,students and teachers support the development of school sports associations.However,due to reasons such as venues,teachers and content forms,the current situation is not satisfactory,and parents’ understanding,support and satisfaction with sports associations need to be improved.
