Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Among Secondary Vocational Tourism Management Students Under The Background Of Type Education

Craftsman spirit has been around since ancient times and has been highly praised by the society.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),"craftsman spirit" has been mentioned more and more frequently.It has also been recognized that the development of the country urgently needs craftsman spirit.In contemporary society,students in secondary vocational schools benefit from the advent of the age of science and technology,and can learn a lot of knowledge more professionally and broaden their horizons.However,science and technology change with each passing day,and the fast-paced social environment brings mixed information which affects the development and learning of students.On the one hand,the development of vocational education should be guided by national guidelines and policies.On the other hand,training vocational college students with craftsman spirit is used to consolidate the foundation of national vocational education and boost the vocational education policy to take root.It will be of great benefit to the realization of the country’s educational modernization,the healthy and steady development of vocational education,and the training of thousands of workers from big countries to make strong contributions to the socialist modernization drive.This paper takes students majoring in tourism management in secondary vocational colleges as an example,using questionnaire survey and interview method as the main method,hoping to have some inspiration and help for secondary vocational tourism management majors to better transform under the background of new education types,highlight characteristic education and type education,and train tens of thousands of craftsmen in big countries.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the research on the topic,the research review on the type education and the craftsman spirit at home and abroad,and the research results and connotation of the craftsman spirit and the type education.;The second part elaborates the spirit and principles that should be followed by the students of tourism management major in secondary vocational schools to cultivate the spirit of craftsman.These spirit and principles are what the students of tourism management major should have and cultivate.The third part through the research analysis the current secondary vocational tourism management students and cultivate the cognitive status of the spirit of craftsman in the problems,mainly is the school of types of education to carry out the situation,students’ perception of spirit and teachers for the cultivation of the spirit conditions,then analyzes the cause of the lack of spirit,from the state,society,schools and students on four dimensions;Finally,according to the background of the current type of education,this paper puts forward how to cultivate the craftsman spirit of tourism management students in secondary vocational schools.It is hoped that this study has certain reference significance for vocational colleges to develop their own unique types under the background of type education,and for tourism management majors of secondary vocational schools to strengthen their foundation and cultivate craftsman spirit under this background.
