| With the improvement of medical level in China,the rate of congenital disability is declining,but the probability of disability due to sudden diseases and accidents is increasing year by year.The accidentally disabled people themselves and their families do not have sufficient psychological preparation in advance,so they have to bear more and more pressure than ordinary people.Poor living ability,poor social level and shortage of caregivers.Under the multiple pressure interaction load of physical,psychological,economic and social interaction,most of the disabled people will have the idea of inferiority,anxiety,depression and even suicide,and the problem of poor social adaptation of the accidentally disabled has become more and more prominent.In this paper,the service object Z a sudden cerebral infarction to hemiplegia,since life cannot provide for oneself,broke Z accidental disability has been struggling in the last courage and hope,the backlog in the inner demands and irrational cognition of frustration makes her blindly deny themselves,imprisoned yourself,give up yourself,over time become isolated,sensitive,interpersonal communication in trouble,lose expectations for life.Helping Z to relieve bad emotions,change irrational ideas,and return to normal social interaction has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,interview method,participatory observation method,in the combing and study the field of the accidental disability research literature,understand the service object demand,make service goal and plan,through rational emotion treatment theory and social support network theory for the service object of case intervention,finally service object social adaptability ability improved,reached the expected goal.Finally,the case work and the intervention process were sorted out and reflected,and initially formed the case service experience of improving the social adaptability of the accidentally disabled,making a modest contribution to the social work of the disabled. |
