| Optimal experience is one of the important research fields of positive psychology, and fluid experience is a good interpretation of optimal experience.Fluency experience is not only closely related to athletes’ competition performance and training status, but also can affect participants’ mood, motivation and persistence as a positive factor. At present, there are few relevant studies on the fluent experience of exercise field in our country, and running,as one of the sports with the most participants, lacks studies on running exercisers. Therefore,in order to better understand the characteristics of smooth experience of running and enrich the theoretical research of smooth experience in the field of public exercise, this study, aiming at the psychological characteristics of running participants, conducted a survey of running participants in Guang’anmen Stadium,Temple of Heaven Sports Park,Orson Sports Park and other places in Beijing by means of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The characteristics of smooth experience in running were studied.Based on the translation of foreign Fluency Experience Scale(FSS),and based on the structure and items of Fluency Experience Scale, combined with the interview content, the language expression of the items was revised and relevant necessary items were added to form the Fluency Experience Scale of Running Exercise for the initial test.201 runners in Beijing were investigated by the Initial Test Running Fluency Experience Scale, and unnecessary items were deleted from the collected data through the methods of differentiation, total correlation, other correlation, factor analysis, retest reliability, correlation test, etc.,to form the Running Fluency Experience Scale with reliable reliability and validity.A total of 584 runners in Beijing were investigated by using"Running Fluency Experience Scale".Independent sample t test and single factor ANVOA test were conducted on the collected data to explore the characteristics of running exercisers’ fluency experience, and the following results were obtained:1.The Fluency Experience Scale of Running Exercise adapted on the basis of previous studies includes 9 dimensions and 40 items, with a retest reliability coefficient>0.7,internal consistency coefficient>0.7 and correlation coefficient r>0.5,showing good reliability and validity.2.There are gender differences in runners’ fluency experience. There are significant differences in the two dimensions of high sense of control and clear feedback(P<0.05),and the scores of males are higher than those of females.3.There were age differences in runners’ fluency experience, with significant differences in time change(18-44 years old>45-59 years old)and high sense of control(under 18 years old>45-59 years old)(P<0.05).4.There are significant differences in runners’ fluency experience in the running years(P<0.01),and the running years within 1 year are significantly lower than other years. In the comparison of the same gender, there are significant differences in nine dimensions for males(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the other seven dimensions(P<0.05).5.There was a significant difference in runners’ fluency experience in running frequency(P<0.01).Runners who ran 1-2 times a week were significantly lower than those who ran 3-4 times a week, and the effect was better. There were significant differences in the nine dimensions of male(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the other seven dimensions of female(P<0.05)except the two dimensions of clear feedback and high sense of control. The conclusion is as follows:1.The "Running Exercise Fluency Experience Scale" has good reliability and validity.2.Running years and running frequency have a significant impact on the nine dimensions. The longer the running years, the better the experience, the better the smooth experience of running 3-4 times per week, and the lowest score of 1-2 runs.3.Men are stronger than women in terms of high sense of control and clear feedback4.The elderly group is weaker in the two dimensions of time transformation and high sense of control... |
