With the rapid development of intelligent and the increasingly popular of running,more and more people is beginning jogging, as well as the markets of running digital products is undergoing tremendous change. Such asin the market for smartphones,both the number and variety of running Appsare growing rapidly, the market is becoming mature, and users continue to increase. However, not every softwareis welcomed by runners. In the fierce competition, only the product withfull function, accurate data recording andgood user experience can gains market share and be favored by users.This article is written on the basis of running Apps in smartphones, define and classify it with related standards, analyzeits natural and social properties, then conclude and analyze the elements of sensory layer, action layer and reflection layer which will affectthe user experience of running Apps.Finally,the research will try to give some feasible advice to improve the user experience of running Apps based on the analysis above.
