| The construction of reserve talent base for competitive sports is the basic carrier and prerequisite for stable sustainable development of competitive sports.Strengthening the standardization construction of reserve talent base for competitive sports is an important guarantee for building a powerful country in sports.The construction of the reserve talent base for competitive sports can play an important role in promoting the construction of a country with high-level competitive sports talents by giving full play to the overall planning of such projects as the reform and upgrading of training system,optimal allocation of resources,and quality improvement of talent projects.In order to further promote the sustainable development of the construction of national high-level sports reserve talent base in Anhui Province,this study selects 8 national high-level sports reserve talent training bases in Anhui Province as the research object under the premise of reviewing the construction of Anhui provincial competitive sports reserve talent training base.By using the method of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and expert interview,the author investigated and analyzed the coach team,athlete team,management organization,student source and security of the 8 high-level competitive sports reserve talent training bases in Anhui Province and found that the following problems still exist:(1)The faculty is weak,which is difficult to support the high-quality development of talent training;(2)Lack of effective personnel training mode,it is difficult to give full play to the creativity of personnel training;(3)The management system is not perfect,it is difficult to stimulate the internal motivation of talent training;(4)The system is not perfect,it is difficult to stimulate the long-term motivation of talent training and other problems.At present,on the new journey of building a socialist modern sports power in an all-round way,it is urgent to effectively solve the problems existing in the current development of the 8 national high-level competitive sports reserve talent training bases in Anhui Province,so as to ensure the sustainable development and construction of the national high-level sports reserve talent base in Anhui Province.To this end,this study tries to put forward the following countermeasures:(1)to improve the construction of the teaching team and cultivate high-level PE teachers.We should strengthen professional training of teachers and pay attention to professional development of teachers.Pay attention to the introduction and training of high-level teachers,and strengthen the construction of base teachers.(2)Rationally plan the development layout of the base and optimize the construction of personnel training system.It is necessary to reasonably plan the personnel training and selection system and improve the personnel training project planning.(3)We will deepen reform of the management system and strengthen cooperation and oversight between different departments.To optimize and adjust the competition management system;Reasonable planning of competition reward and punishment mechanism;Establish a mediation mechanism for "academic and training conflicts".(4)Improve the policy guarantee mechanism and stimulate multi-subject participation in the construction.To strengthen the optimization and upgrading of basic hardware to meet the needs of personnel training and growth;Strengthen the investment of training funds to ensure the long-term development of personnel training;We will improve the retirement settlement system to ensure the future development of athletes. |
