| With the "new normal" of the social development,the competitive sports try to optimize the traditional talent training mode by "fine-tuning" but it gradually suffer the bottleneck.Although the country issued some corresponding policies and made some achievements,the strong pursuit centralized on gold medal and material benefits leads the dominant position of the athletes to decline.Especially the traditional talent training mode diluting the humanistic quality such as subject spirit and life value did not change fundamentally.In view of this,study on humanistic quality development for the high-level sports reserve talents should be the essential requirement and the future trend of the modern competitive sports development.Based on the combination of theory and demonstration,and the quantitative and qualitative method,guided with the key words that "what after trained" "what influences training" and "how to train",this research divides the humanistic quality development for the high-level sports reserve talents into three studies.The first study establishes the indicator system by Delphi method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and compares the advantages and disadvantages between the factors of each indicator and the ideal performance by decision test,experimental evaluation method and VIKOR.The second study selects 1000 reserve talents from 45 high-level sports reserve talents bases as the study sample by stratified random sampling to build the influence factor model of the humanistic quality development for the high-level sports reserve talents.Based on the achievements of the previous two studies,the last study constructs the humanistic quality education mode for the high-level sports reserve talents by field investigation and expert interviews.Conclusions are as following:1,In terms of the construction of the humanistic quality indicator system for the high-level sports reserve talents.(1)The indicator system structure contains 4 first class indicators,21 second class indicators,65 third class indicators and 111 observation points.The 4 first class indicators include humanistic knowledge,humanistic thought,humanistic method and humanistic spirit.Among these indicators,humanistic spirit accounts the highest index weight(30%,30%).The centrality(8.59)and the reason degree(0.09)of the humanistic spirit are the highest.The humanistic knowledge has the optimum rank(7.85)and the minimum difference(0.21).(2)There is moderate or more correlation between the first class indicators and each sub-indicators.However,the evaluation committee members and the competitive sports school members treat the overall indicator and the first class indicators of humanistic knowledge,humanistic thought,humanistic method and humanistic spirit differently.2,In terms of influence model of the humanistic quality for the high-level sports reserve talents(1)Family factor and social factor will directly influence the humanistic quality and indirectly affect the humanistic quality through the intermediation of the interpersonal factor.(2)School-related factor and interpersonal factor will directly influence the humanistic quality but will not indirectly affect the humanistic quality through other factors.(3)Learning and training factor will not directly influence the humanistic quality but affect the humanistic quality through interpersonal factor.(4)Performance factors will not influence the humanistic quality neither through other factors.(5)Family dynamics,differential association and needs-press theory can be verified in this research.For the general strain theory only gets part of support.3,In terms of educational pattern of the humanistic quality for the high-level sports reserve talents(1)For some youth athletes,they have fuzzy athletic ideals,distorted life values,weak Olympic spirit,poor team spirit,bad competition psychology quality.Their moral personality is not noble enough.The self-regulation competence is not strong.They also lack civilized behavior,awareness of social responsibility and spirit of arduous struggle.(2)During training the high-level sports reserve talents,humanistic quality education is the roll booster for youth athletes,the compass of return of humanity,the coupling agent of professional quality and the appliance of the sport development.(3)It is necessary to coordinate the relationship between humanistic quality education and professional quality education,the humanistic quality education and golden medal oriented education,the humanity and the professionalism.(4)In order to implement the humanistic quality education for the high-level sports reserve talents,we should establish the talent training idea that paying equal attention to the competitive sports and humanistic quality,that is "first grow up then become a useful person",and "first educate people then win the prize".Active the linkage between culture teaching and specialized training and the linkage between culture teacher and professional coach.Remodel the goal system,content system and implementation system of humanistic quality education.Conduct well the construction of teaching staff,school-based curriculum,campus environment and evaluation system. |
