Research On Training And Strategy Of Reserve Talents Of Competitive Badminton In Shaanxi Province During The National Games

With the perfect closing of the 14th National Games in the ancient capital of Xi’an,Shaanxi Province has ushered in the development period of the National Games,after the National Games how to carry on the further development of each project to complete the wonderful performance of the next National Games.Shaanxi badminton should seize this opportunity to enter the fast track of badminton development.In order to meet the National Games in Shaanxi Province,Shaanxi Province set up a professional badminton team in 2018.After the team building and development in the early stage of the National Games,Shaanxi badminton team finally appeared in the main competition of the National Games.The National Games is Shaanxi Province badminton first appearance in the event.Through the National Games,Shaanxi Province has indeed made some substantial breakthroughs in badminton,but it is far from enough.In the post-National Games period,Shaanxi badminton project should seize this wave and continuously improve into the rapid development of badminton project.In the post-National Games period,what aspects should be improved for Shaanxi badminton program to enter the rapid development period of feather program is an urgent problem to be solved.This study uses the literature data method comprehensively The research methods,such as logical analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,make a theoretical analysis on the coaching basis,policy guidance and financial support of Shaanxi Province competitive badminton reserve talent development in the post-national Badminton Games period.The present situation of Shaanxi Province competitive badminton reserve talent training units is investigated and analyzed,and suggestions are put forward to help Shaanxi Province badminton in the post-national badminton games period Sustainable and healthy development for the relevant departments to make policies and scientific decisions to provide a reference.After investigation,the following conclusions were drawn:1.As a sport during the National Games,badminton has received attention and support from the government and sports departments.Before and after the National Games,competitive badminton events in Shaanxi Province have developed rapidly.All units and departments have also introduced corresponding policies and systems to serve the development of competitive badminton events,which has laid a good development environment for cultivating reserve talents of alpine competitive badminton.2.Shaanxi Province competitive badminton reserve talent number is small,and the number of small and middle age players in the team is more.Lack of some mature adult athletes,sports team echelon construction is not perfect.The athletes’ competitive strength is generally weak and few outstanding achievements are made in national level competitions.3.In terms of coaching resources for competitive badminton,although the number of coaches can meet the basic daily training,Shaanxi competitive badminton lacks a group of experienced high-level coaches.In selecting and allocating reserve talent resources,coaches are mostly dominated by their own subjective will and fail to scientifically select athletes from various perspectives.The average age level of the coach team is younger,and the team as a whole is quite dynamic.The overall level of education of the coaches is relatively low,and the coaches with high education are few and far between.In terms of the title of coaches,the number of junior coaches accounts for the vast majority of the team.In terms of the scientific research status of the coaches,most of them published 1-2 journal papers,which reflects the relatively low scientific research level of the coaches to some extent.4.There are many restricting factors for the better development of reserve talents training of competitive badminton in Shaanxi Province.For example,the formulation of policies and guidelines of relevant units and departments,reserve personnel training and management system,scientific selection of athletes,and the strength of coaches.Problems such as those mentioned above are not problems existing in separate links,but are closely related and interlinked.5.The way to promote the training of reserve talents for competitive badminton in Shaanxi Province is to give full play to the promoting role brought by the National Games and make badminton develop further and stably.Formulate appropriate policies to ensure the steady development of the project.We will improve the security system for athletes and expand the channels for their import and export.The introduction of high-quality coaching resources drives the rapid growth of young coaches in the province,and accelerates the formation of high-level coaching teams.
